In this session, Dr. Evian Gordon will discuss details about the essence of brain health and performance while sharing meaningful insights from the world’s largest standardized brain database he created. Once you understand your brain better, you can train and maintain your brain better. 7 PM Circuit-Breaking Stress Discover your unique, personal relationship with stress as Dr. Heidi Hanna and Dr. Evian Gordon guide you in a simple assessment of your brain- stress dynamics and provide customized solutions to circuit- break stress in the moment. TUESDAY, MARCH 17 10 AM Harnessing Neuroplasticity for Healthy Habits Brain change happens constantly, for better or for worse. In this session, Dr. Evian Gordon will discuss specific strategies you can use to train, maintain and even gain better health, creativity, resilience and peak performance now and throughout your lifespan. 7 PM The Brain Recharge Process If you’re like most people, you pay more attention to your cell phone battery than your own energy capacity during the day. In this evening session, Dr. Heidi Hanna will walk you through the specific steps required to recharge your brain both proactively and reactively. You will be guided on a unique sensory experience that will help you quiet, calm and soothe your mind, preparing you for your best sleep yet. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18 10 AM Cultivating Creativity for Radical Resilience In our busy routines it can be tough to slow down and nurture our creative energy. But it could be the key to happiness, healthy aging, and peak performance at work and at home. Learn simple but powerful techniques you can use every day to nurture your creativity and why it’s the missing link in our ability to thrive. 10 PM The Power of Purpose Having a clear sense of our own motivation, values and beliefs has been shown as a driving force for stress mastery, peak performance, health and happiness. In this session, Dr. Heidi Hanna will guide you in a simple technique to use the power of purpose to fuel positive and sustainable change over time. THURSDAY, MARCH 19 9 AM The Journey Continues In this closing session, we will reflect on the most impactful lessons learned throughout the week - in the classroom and beyond. Together with your facilitators and guests, you will have the chance to create your Brain Recharge Toolkit to use as you leave the retreat, for continued success. RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS You’ll be surprised, engaged and inspired throughout this event. Our guest experts present workshops and practices that lead directly to recharge and clarity. You’ll take away practical strategies to refresh your brain on a regular basis, feeling confident and ready to thrive every day.
