For more information, please contact Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council;

The Braidwood Transfer Station is a major improvement in waste management for Braidwood and the surrounding areas.
It offers residents a modern facility to easily separate their waste into designated waste streams. The different waste streams ensures increased recycling and reuse rates, and enables hazardous items to be diverted from landfill.
This facility will also house a Buy Back Shop, where you will be able to drop off unwanted (non-electrical) items or find quality secondhand goods for purchase.
