Study Area

WHY WE’RE HERE

How do we create conditions for people to invest in Braddock Avenue?

How can we create conditions so that change serves the people of Braddock?

What does the future of public and private properties along Braddock Avenue look like?

Project goals: Provide an economic, social, and physical assessment of Braddock Avenue.

Outline potential opportunities and develop a framework to spur the continued revitalization of Braddock Avenue as a critical connection and gateway to Braddock, the surrounding communities, and the Carrie Furnace site.
