When a toilet is flushed, the Brac System senses the pressure drop and activates the pump to send greywater through dedicated supply lines to the toilet.

Potable water is supplied to provide enough make-up water to keep the pump from running dry and keep your toilets flushing

If we flush more than we shower..

Tank Low

Water in excess of the storage tank’s capacity is routed to the sanitary sewer system

If we shower more than we flush..

Tank Full

The Chlorination timer is set to re-circulate and re-chlorinate the stored water as required to maintain minimum levels.

If the homeowner goes away..

The greywater will bypass the system and be routed down the drain to prevent backup through the rest of the house
