Instruction to Candidates

1. This List is a provisional list subject to the verification of original documents at the time of counseling.

2. All candidates should report on 11-07-2017 at 10.00 am in the office of Department of Commerce, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan with following particulars:-

a. 4 passport size photographs b. all the original documents/certificates/ Affidavit for name changed/ marriage

certificate, c. 2 sets of self attested testimonials of passing certificate of 10th, 12th, Leaving

certificate, Caste certificate with category, Non creamy layer certificate, Domicile Certificate.

3. All the candidates who are interested to take admission must bring two self attested sets of aforementioned document in the said order. They are also requested to fill an anti ragging form on web portal www.amanmovement.org and http://antiragging.in and must bring the print out of the same.

4. In case of absentee of the selected candidate to attend the 1st counseling with above mentioned documents between 11-07-17 10:00 a.m. and 13-07-17 3:00 p.m., the seat of particular candidate will be given to waiting list candidate.
