About Beach Properties of Florida
Veteran real estate professionals and South Walton residents Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan, created Beach Properties of Florida after having collaborated on other projects. With the combined knowledge and love for the area, the team set out to build a company unlike many others. Our area of Northwest Florida is unlike any other. Controlled development has allowed the area to grow in an original path with the formation of smaller, low-rise beach communities with beautiful architecture and neighborhood designs that pay homage to the slower, family-focused days of Florida’s past. Framed by billowing sand dunes, historic scrub oaks, towering pines, and beautiful, vibrant white sandy beaches that cascade into the turquoise-tented Gulf of Mexico, our area has become known for the scenic views and picturesque landscape. With surroundings as beautiful as ours, it is obvious to us the importance of environmental sustainability. The sea turtle on our logo pays homage to that fact. Just as the sea turtle returns to our area to nest every year between May and the end of October, thousands of guests and homeowners return to this charming area that we call home.
Even though Beach Properties of Florida has grown significantly since its inception, we continue to remain committed to our core values and strive to maintain a personalized atmosphere where customers become friends and relationships are built to last.
