Mission and Goals Our mission and goals... The mission of B.P. Hopper Primary School is to ensure the success of each student by providing a nurturing child- centered learning environment in which students gain a strong academic foundation. In order to achieve success, we have set the following goals:  To prepare our students for the new passing standards of STAAR.  To increase mastery on assessments in all subjects.  To improve Title I services to better meet the needs of economically disadvantaged students.  To improve student attendance.  To encourage and support parent involvement.  To promote community involvement.
