heAvy duty chAnnel blindsBozzy designed this blind as a year round solution to suit WA’s climate. It is operated by either a manual crank handle or remote control and is guided by aluminium channels. These channels are a custom Bozzy design allowing you to have multiple settings and maximum tension at all times. We have specifically designed them to be the strongest in the Perth market. Bozzy can customise and make any sized Channel Blind up to 5.8m in overall length.

The channels can be powder-coated in a wide range of colours, and is best paired with our quality Shadeview Mesh fabrics on modern patios, al fresco areas, and external window applications.

All these blinds are handmade right here in our Carlisle warehouse and we customise every blind to suit your home’s unique requirements.

This application is especially suited on balustrades or areas where a channel is not so essential. The blind can be fitted so when wound up it can be hidden away out of sight.

Fixing points can be mounted on the ground using stainless steel floor plates and straps, or snap clips with staples on each side of the blind. This blind can also double up as a roof to fence awning, giving you

more space and protection from the harsh sun.

The Leeuwin Estate Restaurant had a large open deck area that was quite uncomfortable for their guests during hot summer days. Bozzy Shade Blinds was able to consult with the client and custom design a solution for their needs. This involved designing, manufacturing and installing a timber frame before fitting our premium shade blinds to the frame. The blinds don’t impact on the views into the valley and can be raised or lowered as the client needs.

At Bozzy we insist on using only the highest quality components. We searched high and low for the best motor and we found it. The motor is a German design and we stand by it with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty.

The motor is inserted inside the roller tube which makes things very neat and tidy. You have the choice of remotes (either wall mounted or portable) and you can operate your blinds from inside or out - it’s completely up to you!

The slide track is operated on a spring system with a bottom locking rail. It is unique in that the edge of the fabric is lined with a spline that runs into a track. This blind works especially well at lengths under 3m & is very popular with people who want quick operation & maximum protection from rain and bugs.

This blind also works well with the PVC clear and tinted materials.
