All our beers are brewed to originalrecipes in our state-of-the-artbrewhouse in the Boyne Valley!

It is told that the great Irish warrior Dagda stopped the sun in the sky for nine

long months in order to protect a secret love and allow his son

Aengus be born in a day. Drink to the mighty God with this

bright and refreshing pale ale.

Australian hops do all the talking with this crisp and refreshing pale ale. To help

bring out its true character, we have triple hopped it with

Australian summer hops to give it a lovely subtle pink

grapefruit aroma and bitter yet tropical fruit finish.

Folklore tells that ‘Lugh of the Long Arm’ was the

spiritual father of Cúchulainn as well as an infamous spearsman and

battle warrior. Celebrate his legend with this powerful

and punchy pilsner.

This Dortmunder Export is perfectly balanced and has a strong malt character with

good hop bitterness and aroma. Our use of Barke Pilsner malt provides a more complex malt profile while the traditional

Saaz hops give us a distinctive spicy hop character.

The ancient pillar of pagan kings – the ‘Stone of Destiny’ –

was said to cry out when touched by the hand of the

rightful King of Tara. Celebrate the marvel and mystery of old

with this smooth, full-flavoured sparkling copper ale.

This ale is created using a medley of malts to introduce

a rich copper colour in appearance. We also use a

variety of German citrus hops to create a rich orange peel character that compliments

the malt perfectly.
