1 - GENERAL POINTSBOX M module is an intercom system enables communication between :
• Machineroomandtopofcar,
• Machineroomandinsidethecar,
• Machineroomandpit,
• «FiremanSquare»moduleatmainfloorlandingandinsidecar
BOX Mcomplieswithcodes*regarding:
-Firemansquare-Liftswithtravelhigherthan30meters-Liftwithremotemachineroom(i.e.:Hydrauliclifts).

1 - BOX M Module principle
BOX Mmoduleisinstalledinsidemachineroomorinsidelandingpanel,dependinguponlift’sconfiguration.Connectionsbetweendevicesarecarriedoutby2electricwires,preferablyshieldedtoavoidanyexternalinterference.
BOX MmoduleworkswithotherANEPboxrangeofproducts.
ANEP BOX - F, ANEP BOX - TA, ANEP BOX - TX, ANEP BOX - TX+
orwithasimpleanalogtelephone.
Itallowsthecouplingofa3emergencyvoicepointwithafirefighterintercom,onasingletelephoneline.
Theactivationofthefirefighterintercom(Square)haspriorityoverallphasesofintercomandcommunication.

3.2-Machineroom/carintercom
Pressing«CarIntercom»buttonofBOXMmoduleestablishesthevocalcommunicationwiththepeopleinsidethecar.
Oncethecommunicationisestablished,pressingBOXMmodule«carintercom»buttonactivatestheBOXMmicrophoneanddesactivatethesoundofloudspeakermicrophone(alternate).Releasethebuttonallowstolistenfromthetopofcarforaperiodofabout25seconds(TimeOut).Eachpressonthebuttonresetstheplayingtime,timeisrunningwhilereleasingthebutton.
Oncetherunningtimehaselapsed,theMBOXmodulefreecommunicationwiththeTA,TXorTX+BOX.
3.3-Machineroom/topofcarintercom
Pressing«Intercomtopofcar»BOXMmodulebutton,establishesvoicecommunicationwiththemoduleinstalledonelevatorcarroof,enablesvoicecommunicationwithmechaniclocatedontopofcar.

3.4-Machineroom/undercatorpitintercom
PressingBoxMmodule«Intercomundercar/pit»button,establishesvoicecommunicationwithmoduleinstalledeitherundercareitherwithBOXFinstalledinpit,enablesvoicecommunicationwithmechanicstandingunderthelift.
4-Firemansquare/liftcarIntercom
Firemanintercomisfunctionningwhileactivating«FiremanSquare».ItmustbeconnectedwiththecorrespondinginputofBoxMmodule,enablestocommunicatealternatewiththeliftcar.

4.1-FiremanSquare
ActivationofFiremansquareestablishesvoicecommunicationbetweenfirefighteratmainlandingandtheperson(s)insisethecarlift.
The «Fireman square/car» communication has priority over allongoing communica-tions; firefighter communication will be established in all cases. Once the firefighter intercom set, pressing the button «Firefighter Intercom» activates the microphone module and cuts the firefighter speaker (alternate).
The «Firefighter Square» has a double contacts (NO and NC) enables to:
- Give the order to controller to move back the car to desired level (firefighter recall)- To activate the intercom with the cab.
TakingintoaccounttheinformationoftheNO/NCkeyswitch,firedetectionisdoneonthestateoftheloop,whenconnectingtotheBox-M.
Theoperationofthevoiceisdonealternate:Pushthebuttontotalk;releasethebuttontoacti-vatefirefighterloudspeaker.
Thereleaseofthelineisdonebyrunningmode«timeout.»
This«timeout»isaterm1mn30satthestartofthecallandisresetto30secondseachtimeyoupressthealternatepushbutton.
Atrunningmode«timeout»,andifthefirefighterkeyisstillengaged,pressingthealternatepushbuttonrestartsthecall.Returntothekeyrestpositionreleasesthelineanddesactivatesthefirefighterintercom.

Thekeythatequipsthefirefightersquarehas2contacts.1contactisusedbythefirefightersquare,theothercontactisfreeandcanbeusedbytheinstallerforfirefighterinformationtotheliftcontroller.Inmanufacturingoutput,theNCcontactisreservedfortheinstaller.Consideringthatwhenturniton,theFirefighterSquarerememberstherestingstateofthecontact,itispossibletoreversethewiringofthekeyandlettheNOcontactfreefortheinstaller.
