From lowdensity polyethylene with its resilience and flexible characteristicsto higher density and specialised materials with rigidity, hardnessand impact strength at varying temperatures.

Versatility of the process allows product sizes to range fromsmaller than a football to something as large as a 2000 gallontank (300 cu ft.) The upper size limit of a rotationally mouldedproduct is as yet undetermined. The only limiting factor is your imagination and application.

Rotational moulding allows products to be mouldedeconomically in a variety of shapes and sizes, many of whichwould be impossible to produce by any other process.

Our tall cabinets, base cabinets and wall cabinets are sup-plied complete with tilt liners and tray arresters forextremely efficient, high density storage. Using the 50, 100and 200mm deep polycarbonate or ABS trays anddividers, complete space utilisation within the cabinet canbe obtained. Each cabinet is fully assembled with solidbacks and constructed from high quality Kronospan boardwith grey melamine finish and contrasting polypropylenebeading.

Various configurations and quantities of trays can be fittedinto these cabinets, therefore exact specification detailsand prices are available on application.

High Density ShelvingStamford easy build high density shelving provides asimple alternative to storage cabinets. The side pieces arebolted to each other with a series of distance pieces. A fullyadjustable system - the horizontal hook-on PVC runners can bepositioned in pre-drilled locations along the full height of the sidepieces giving full space utilisation. Angled runners are alsoavailable for gravity feed.

Long Span ShelvingFor bulk storage the steel long span shelving has a safe workingload of 250Kg per shelf. Adjustable metal corner brackets locateinto pre drilled holes in the uprights of the shelving end frames.They are bolt free and can be easily adjusted. The long spanshelves fully integrate with the Stamford high density storagesystem.
