beer & wine serviceOregon liquor laws require that we, Bon Appétit, provide certified alcohol servers for your event. We suggest one (1) bartender per fifty (50) guests. OLCC Bartenders are $23.00 per hour (minimum of 5 hours per). Wedding clients are allowed to provide their own wine or beer, for a corkage fee. Distilled spirits and signature cocktails are available upon request through Bon Appétit at our price.

Black linen is included in our standard buffet and beverage tables. Additional linens are available in a number of colors at $4 per linen. Specialty linens can be rented through us for an additional charge.

Any of our catering buffets can also be “served” for an additional charge of $2.00 per person.

Our standard china, flatware, glasses and linen napkins are provided.

Please let us know if you have any guests with special dietary requests such as small children, vegan & gluten free. We are happy to accommodate.

A carving station is available for an additional chef charge of $100.00.

A 20% service charge will be added to your food & beverage total.

We are happy to accommodate special requests; additional labor and/or rental fees will likely be applied to special requests.

Payment for catering services require a 20% deposit of the event’s projected costs at signing. Payment for catering services will be billed through Marylhurst University.
