EVENTS


Distillery Tour: Add on option: $20/pp(Approx 1hour + tasting flight of 10ml x 3 spirits)

Tours of the distillery are an extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation and artisan spirits. The whole experience will give you the

chance to see where our spirits are made and understand exactly what goes into crafting what’s in your glass.

As part of your unique function, go behind the scenes to have an overview of our production processes and area, with the chance to view our stills, fermentation tanks, barrel storage, and bottling setup. Your friendly and knowledgeable spirit guide will give you the opportunity to touch, taste, smell our raw ingredients including our pantry of Australian botanicals.

Then join us for an in-depth tasting experience, as selected by our Head Distiller, of three of our core expressions to sit, sip and compare.

Distillery Tours/Tastings


CAPACITYWe can cater for functions from 20 – 100 people. Areas can be reserved either in the Distillery Tasting bar (30 guests), The Barrel Store Space (up to 70 guests) or for larger parties, the two areas combined for exclusive use (100 guests).

FOODTo comply with our licensing requirements food must be provided at your event. We offer canapés, grazing platters and gourmet pizzas through our trusted caters. Please let use know what you are after and we can organise a quote for you.

MINIMUM SPENDA minimum spend is allocated per function depending on venue space.Please contact us for a quote. We will require date, numbers, venue space information.

RESERVATIONSReservations will require a 50% deposit. All food and beverage packages must be paid for and confirmed prior to the function. For all beverage packages and tabs held Fri-Sun, we provide coloured wrist bands for you and your guests. There is a venue hire fee which is calculated depending on venue space chosen.

LIVE MUSICIANS & MUSICWe can put you in touch with some awesome musicians. Please note they will need to

supply their own sound system. We can co-ordinate music from our sonos system and spotify. If you can supply the theme of music required or several artists, we can work an appropriate playlist. Alternatively share your playlist through spotify.

PA SYSTEM & VISUALSWe can provide a PA for announcements and a large projector for videos and presentations. Please enquiry in advance.

Overview: This funky bar is unique in every way with a vibe to match. Perch yourself in one of the padded aqua bar chairs surrounded by copper with views out to the Gin and Whisky stills.

CAPACITYManly Spirits Co. Distillery can accommodate an event for up to 100 guests.

DURATIONOur event packages are based on a time limit of 4 hours. All events must conclude by 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings, by 10pm Sunday through to Thursdays. Guests are required to vacate the event area within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the event.

BOOKINGS AND BOND PAYMENTSA $500 holding deposit is required to secure a bookings at Manly Spirits Co. Distillery. Tentative bookings are strictly held for 7 days. Failure to provide confirmation within this period will result in the release of your booking.

PAYMENT, FINAL NUMBERS AND MENUCHOICESA payment of 50% is required 14 days prior to event.Final guest numbers & food orders must be finalised 10 days before the event date. After this date, increases in guests will be accepted but not decreases.Final accounts are to be paid 7 days prior to the event date. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, EFTPOS (1% surcharge applies to all card payments) In the case of a “dry till” (you do not have a pre-paid bar package), a bar account will be made up at the end of the event and must be paid immediately. If the minimum spend is not reached through the bar purchases on the night, the remaining must be paid at the conclusion of your event. If the account is not finalised on the day, the outstanding amount will be deducted from

your credit card. Any events held on public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge on the total food and beverage account.

CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations must be received in writing. Should the event be cancelled, the following conditions will apply unless otherwise agreed by Manly Spirits Co. Less than 60 days’ notice, your holding deposit will be forfeited. Less than 30 days’ notice, 50% of the event cost will apply. Less than 10 days’ notice you will be liable for 100% of the total event cost.

SMOKINGSmoking is prohibited inside the distillery; however, guests may smoke externally of the distillery without drink.

PROPERTY, DAMAGE AND BREAKAGEYou are responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings, merchandise and gifts. Manly Spirits Co. will not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to any such property, before, during or after the event. Any decorations, gifts or personal belongings must be collected at the end of the event unless organised other with management. You are responsible for any damage to the building, facilities and furnishings on the premises; and for any loss however arising, as a result of any action by your guests or contractors (e. g. decorators, musicians etc.). Please ensure all contractors are made aware of this. Glitter, confetti and similar material are prohibited. Should the premises be left in an unacceptable state, Manly Spirits Co. may charge a cleaning fee at its discretion.

BUMP IN AND BUMP OUT TIMESBump in (set up) is normally permitted 90 minutes prior to the start of your event. Manly Spirits Co. reserves the right to take other events bookings up to two hours prior to your booking and to hold events simultaneously in other areas of the Distillery.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND MENUCHANGESManly spirits Co. may increase the amount payable in proportion with increased costs of commodities, labour, taxes or currency values payable by Manly spirits Co. occurring after the signing of the Agreement form. Notwithstanding this, Manly spirits Co. may increase prices at its discretion and menus are subject to change.

DRESS REGULATIONSSmart casual attire is recommended and footwear must be worn.

CONDUCT OF PATRONS The client and all persons in attendance shall conduct the event in an orderly manner, in full compliance with the applicable laws, regulations of Manly Spirits Co. The client shall ensure no disturbance or nuisance will be caused to the venue, its surrounds and other patrons.Distillery Management shall be entitled to remove any persons from the event whose behaviour, in the opinion of Management, is objectionable, improper or undesirable.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOLAll guests attending the event will be asked to present a proof of residency card / photo ID.

Terms & COnditions


Under age guests are NOT permitted to drink alcohol regardless of parents’ consent, it is against the law. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to take a drink outside the distillery and therefor all drinks are to remain inside at all times. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to enter the distillery area. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave.

The Board of Directors, Management and staff of this Distitllery have adopted a policy promoting Responsible Service of Alcohol. In accordance with the Law, any patron observed to be intoxicated will be refused service and may be requested to leave the Club premises. Any practice which promotes irresponsible consumption of alcohol or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated, further service will be refused and patron(s) may be asked to leave the Distillery premises. Alcohol cannot be removed from the Distillery premises unless in an unopened purchased bottle from cellardoor and BYO alcohol is not permitted on premises. No compensation will be afforded to any member of the event or its host if a member of the event is refused entry, refused service or removed from the premises. Any person involved in criminal activity such as violence, sale or use of prohibited drugs or possession of weaponry will be turned over to the police immediately.

DÉCOR AND STYLINGDecorations and theming are the responsibility of the patron. Manly spirits Co. has established relationships with styling services companies, which we can refer you to. Nothing is to be nailed, glued or taped to any wall, door or other part of the Distillery. Approval by Manly spirits Co. is required before hanging items from the ceiling or walls. All cakes and floral arrangements must be delivered on the day of the event. All styling items and personal belongings must be taken at the conclusion of the event. Manly spirits Co. is not responsible for any items left on the night.

EXTERNAL CONTRACTORSThe names of all external contractors must be advised to Manly spirits Co. prior to the event. Manly spirits Co. management must approve all contractors. Manly Spirits Co. reserves the right to apply limits/restrictions on contractors so as not to impact on the venue and surrounds.

INDEMNITYManly spirits Co. outsources its catering to a licensed catering business. No liability is accepted for any latent defect in any products used by Manly spirits Co. or any loss however arising there from.
