Plants: All our displays are planted with eye-catching specimens that are chosen to suit the environmental conditions of your workplace. We will work with you to ensure that the most suitable plants are chosen for each location, based on the varying heat and light levels around the offi ce.

Containers: In modern planting, the container has become a very important part of the overall design. We have a huge range of diff erent planter styles that are available in any colour, meaning that you can design a unique arrangement that best suits your business. Pr

Regular, professional maintenance is the very essence of our philosophy, and it’s why we retain so many clients year on year. Many companies have the ability to install plant displays, but it is the quality of our maintenance service that sets us apart from our competitors.

Maintenance visits are usually every two weeks and cover all the work required to keep the plant displays to a high standard. All the plants will be watered, fed, pruned and cleaned in accordance with industry standard horticultural practices. Free plant replacements are included as part of our rental scheme, so if any of your plants are not doing well due to horticultural reasons, we will replace them free of charge.Se

During our meeting we will discuss the multitude of product and service options available to you. We will help to advise you on container styles, plant types, and location planning after performing a site analysis.

After meeting, Botanica will provide you with a quote based on your requirements. As part of the quoting process we can provide pictures that give a digital representation of how our planters may look in your offi ces (See pictures to right). This gives you the opportunity to change your chosen plant and container styles.

Having accepted the quote, Botanica will order in the best quality plants from our large supply network. The vast majority of our containers are hand-made to order. Usually this manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order, and the complexity of the design.

When the plants and containers have arrived at our nursery, we usually start the “planting up” process in our temperature controlled greenhouse. This gives the plants a chance to settle into their new containers, allowing us to perform checks on the soil levels, and plant health before installing the displays.

Botanica will install the planters at a time and date that is most convenient for you. Our delivery drivers are all trained plant technicians with the ability to answer any questions you may have. We will also perform a routine maintenance visit whilst we are on site to ensure that the planters are left in top condition.

If you have chosen one of our maintenance inclusive schemes, a trained technician will attend your site usually every 2 weeks to maintain the plant displays. Maintenance visits cover everything that is needed to ensure that your planters remain clean and healthy, including watering, feeding, pruning & cleaning.

Botanica can supply that perfect arrangement of fresh fl owers for your offi ce, hotel, spa etc. Arrangements can be traditional or contemporary. Following an on site meeting, our fl orists will create arrangements to suit your requirements and budget.

If you choose our Special Design Service, our fl orists will ensure that each week you get a unique, modern and eye-catching display, so your arrangements will never become part of the furniture!

Hand Tied Fresh Flowers

Let your staff know that you care by sending them fl owers. We create arrangements for all types of events including birthdays, baby births, weddings, bereavements etc.

We can deliver these direct to the staff member’s home, or to your offi ce anywhere in the UK. We can also include a hand written private message and a balloon if required. Morning orders will be delivered the next day, however please ring for same day delivery as this may be possible.Fr

Botanica have supplied Christmas trees for offi ces, bars, restaurants, health clubs, shopping centres, schools, universities, etc for many years. We are proud of our high quality trees and decorations. Clients return year after year praising the professional quality of our service.

All of our Christmas trees are deluxe Premium Nordmann; trees that are well known for their needle retention and excellent shape. We always use quality trees sourced from well-established growers who are members of The British Christmas Tree Growers Association. These trees are grown to the best environmental and sustainable practice.

Not only are our prices competitive , but we are one of the few companies who give you the option to customise the colour scheme of your Christmas Tree from a choice of 14 colours, as well as off ering some popular classic decorative choices. All of our festive trees are decorated with lots of white lights and a large selection of co-ordinating decorations.
