Mandatory CLE creditsStates have varying mandatory CLE creditrequirements; individual attorneys areresponsible for checking with their particularstate CLE accreditation authority aboutwhether and how much credit will begranted. Although MCLE does not pursuestate-based credit, MCLE programs areregularly approved in many jurisdictions.It is the responsibility of the individualattorney interested in CLE credit to submitthe information and certifications requiredunder the respective state rule to theappropriate state authorities in thejurisdictions in which they seek credit.

Depending on the jurisdiction, lawyerscan satisfy their mandatory CLErequirements online with MCLE’s webcasts,which feature periodic attendance prompts,online written materials, and the opportunityto receive a certificate of attendance.

If your plans changeIf you’re unable to attend a program you’veregistered for, you will receive an emailnotification shortly after about how toaccess the program on demand via webcastand/or downloadable mp3 file, including thewritten materials in electronic form, in fullsatisfaction of the tuition paid. If you prefera refund, let us know by the end of thebusiness day prior to the program and we’llrefund your tuition after deducting a $25processing fee. Note that limited enrollmentprograms are an exception, cancellation

of which require two weeks notice and aresubject to a $45 processing fee.
