• This will bring up the next choiceyou need to make.

•All room controls stay visible at alltimes. To raise the volume levels foreither program material ormicrophones use volume controlson right side. Bar-graphs gives youa reference point on loudness.

• Press ‘Fixed Computer’ buttonwithin the source grouping.

• To see the image on the largedisplay screen press ‘ActiveScreen’.

• Once activated, a warm-upmessage will appear. Onceprojector is warmed up an ImageMute button becomes available.

Projector Warm-up Page

• The video projector willautomatically turn on by activatingany display source and thenpressing the activate button.

• Once the projector powers up, awarm-up timer appears giving youindication that the projector iswarming up. When projectorreaches full brightness this timerdisappears and source controlsemerge.

• The warm-up timer will only appearthe first time the projector isactivated.

• Press ‘Guest Laptop’ button within the sourcegrouping.

• To see the image on the large display screenpress ‘Active Screen’.

• Once activated, a warm-up message willappear. Once projector is warmed up you haveImage Mute and Auto Imaging buttonavailable.

•To connect your laptop, use the cable locatedon top of the lectern. Plug cable into yourlaptop VGA connector prior to turning it on.

TROUBLESHOOTING: If you do not get a picture on both your laptop and the projection screen...

Mac OS X and higher:hold down the keyboard ”F” key displayingtwo monitor symbols (), usually the F7button.

Windows 95, 98, NT, XP:Hold down simultaneously the following laptop keys:1.) The (Fn) key located on the bottom left of the keyboard, and2.) The corresponding monitor “F” key located across the top of the

keyboard. The specific “F” key varies on laptops, therefore look forthe ”F” key displaying two monitor symbols or labeled (LCD/CRT)

This connection is located inside theprojection booth. This is dedicate fora qualified Media Technician to bepresent.

The Document Camera is located tothe right of the lectern. Slide thedrawer out, press button by neck ofcamera to raise camera to operatingposition and then power up unit.

• Press ‘VCR’ button within thesource grouping.

• Once activated, a warm-upmessage will appear. Onceprojector is warmed up you haveImage Mute Buttons available.

• You may view the image on thetouch panel either in a small windowor full screen. Press on the windowto get to big screen.

The VCR is located inside lectern onbottom left side. Press power on unit,insert tape and then hit stop. The unitautomatically starts the tape afteryou insert it.

• You may view the image on thetouch panel either in a small windowor full screen. Press on the windowto get to big screen.

The cable channels can be changedby using the keypad, type in thenumber you want to go to then pressenter. You can also use the Up/Dnarrows to change the channel by onein either direction.

• Press ‘CD’ button within the sourcegrouping.

• Place CD in DVD player located inbottom left side of Lectern.

• By selecting CD, you are selectingthe DVD player without turning onany projection device.

• Use the standard transportcontrols to operate the CD.

• Press ‘Slide’ button within thesource grouping.

• Your slides will need to bemounted into a slide tray andsecured on the slide machine. Theslide machine is located in the boothon the table.

•Press the corresponding powerbutton to turn on slide projector.

• Use the standard slide controls toadvance the slides.

• To exit the system select ‘Exit’ onbottom left of screen.

• A question will appear asking youif you really want to do this. This isthe chance to back out and resumenormal operations if you pressedthis by mistake.

• To go back to previous operations,select ‘No’, all previous conditionswill remain the same.

• To continue to exit press ‘Yes’.This will shut down all projectiondevices, raise screens, set volumelevels and stop all transport devices.Once this is done the touch panelwill revert back to the welcomescreen.
