Glossaries

Peek Credits (PC)

These are credits that are purchased through BossVenture by Resellers or VIP Shoppers to be used to ‘peek’ for higher discounts on selected products. Peek Credits cannot be used to pay for products purchases.

Out-of-Pocket Peek Credit (OoPPC) Purchases

Out-of-Pocket Peek Credits purchases are Peek Credits purchased using Cash or using your E-wallet fund. It CAN be re-sold to VIP Shoppers referred by Resellers personally for profit BUT CANNOT be re-sold back to company.

FREE Daily Peek Credits (FDPC)

These are Peek Credits given FREE through the auto generated DSI Sales Pool. A Reseller is allowed to ‘Sell Back’ to company some of the FREE Daily Peek Credits earned under the Company’s Terms & Conditions.

Glossaries

Active Daily Sales Incentive Value (Active DSI Value)

This is the value given in equivalent amount for any Out-of-Pocket Peek Credits purchases by Resellers. DSI Value entitles the purchasing Reseller to earn FREE Daily Peek Credits of UP TO 1.5% calculated from the DSI Sales Pool. The Active DSI Value are active for only 90 days of FREE Daily Peek Credits. After 90 days, no more FREE Daily Peek Credits are given from the expired DSI value.

Product Points (PP)

These are points accumulated in your PP Wallet that MUST be used to pay for products purchased by you in BVMalls.com. The PPs are calculated and given based on 30% of your incentives earned from the Resellers’ Compensation Plan. The PPs are not exchangeable for cash from BossVenture.

Universal Unit (UU)

These are units determined for certain products which will be used to calculate your commission earned from purchases done by your direct referred VIP Shoppers and Resellers. The earned commission will be credited into your E-Wallet on a monthly basis.

1. Yearly maintenance fee deduction will be take effect from the date of Reseller’s account registration.

2. Yearly maintenance fee of 50BVP will be automatically deducted from Reseller’s e-wallet whenever there is any fund in the e-wallet. No penalty will be charge even if there are no fund in the e-wallet for auto deduction.
