SPEEDMAT product range consists of four basic models with boring spindle diameter of 130 mm or 160mm, pallet sizes from 1250 mm x 1250 mm to 2000 mm x 2500 mm and maximum workpiece swing diameter from 2600 mm to 4600 mm

two cast iron beds in ‘T’ configuration support the movement of column and table
large size linear roller guideways provide all linear axes with high rapid traverse rate as well as maximum rigidity

MAIN fEATuRES
rigidity, built-in structural quality and accuracy, coupled with high spindle speed, power and torque, ensure optimal chip removal rate on cast iron, steel and titanium alloy both during rough and finish machining operations
the spindle powertrain includes a particularly silent and robust 2 speed ranges gearbox with hardened and ground gears, maintained at constant temperature by internal recirculation of thermally-controlled oil
boring spindle W-axis stroke of800 mm is available in either130 mm or 160 mm diameter
