Booting the Board(VPB1x) and checking the board using SiSoftware1. Ensure you have the Board rack, the RTM(if required),extrenal SATA Drive and External Power supply with cable (if it is not built in), Display Monitor, Display cable, Keyboard, Mouse and USB hub, SATA connecting cable 2. Connect the Board to the Rack and also the RTM3. Connect the external SATA drive to the RTM and connect the external power supply cable to the SATA drive4. Connect Keyboard and mouse to the USB hub5. Connect the display cable to the Front panel of the Board and connect one of other end of the display cable to the display monitor and another one to the USB hub6. Ensure the connections are not loose7. Power on the board and the external power supply8. On the Display monitor once the board is booted press down arrow to select the linux or windows platform(windows is available in Others)9. Select Windows to load windows10. Once windows home screen appears, open SISANDRA (performance tool)11. Click Tools tab12. Click Selectable testing> report13. This takes some time to generate the reports on the desktop. Following reports are generated- processor arithmetic, processor multi-core efficiency, processor multimedia, memory bandwidth and cache memory latency. The reports are read to find any HW and SW errors
