manufacturer brands.
This paper manufacturer sent a remerchandising planogram
to 50 club stores. After 6 months, only 10 stores were
in full compliance. For our second project, they sent 500 pallet skirts to be assembled to the pallet and historically
had very low compliance.
Additionally, they saw an uptick in the number ofstores that executed on the pallet skirt.
Store-level insights and data were gatheredregarding unique store considerations andrequirements vs. merchandiser issues. This data wasretained by the client to employ for strategicmarketing decisions on their future promotionalspend.
