TIP OF THE MONTHLet's say a clothing store owner prepares to open for business on October 1st.

She preps for it all and is ready. She finally opens the doors and there is no one coming into her store. Is she going to shut the doors or is she going to start

advertising. She is probably going to start hustling. Whether it be to start on Facebook, on fliers, word of mouth, etc. She isn't just going to shut down because there is no one coming in to shop. She started that clothing store up for a reason. Maybe it was her passion. Maybe it was because she wanted to invest her money. Maybe

it was because she saw the vision!The only way to make money is by advertising and opening your mouth. You can do this. This business works for anyone that works it. I can promise you that. Even if it takes you a year to get to where you want to be, that's worth it.

Don't think that just a few posts on Facebook or a few msgs to some potentials is going to make you a millionaire.

This takes consistency, passion and dedication. And every single bit of it is worth it!

dreams, and change the world for children in 4 different countries and growing. They offer food, water, medical care, education, discipleship, and leadership to these children and families in underdeveloped

countries. Children’s Cup and It Works! Global started their partnership in 2013 when It Works! Independent Distributors and our Corporate Team raised $150,000 to feed over 60,000 children.

Selah Freedom:Selah Freedom is a nonprofit organization based in Sarasota, Florida, that exists to confront the issue of

human trafficking and exploitation through advocacy, training, and restorative services. Selah Freedom and It Works! Global have partnered since 2012 with a 5K to raise awareness and fundraise for this worthy cause.

A lot of time goes by where we forget who is our one main leader on this team. The one lady that makes this all possible for us. The one lady who has our back

all of the time no matter what. The one who is always there to catch us when we fall. The one amazing leader who leads by example 24/7. The one we can go

to at any hour of any day and she is there to help us with our problems. That amazing person is Sandy Durre. She has put herself out there for all of us to learn from and to follow. She has shared her story with us and showed us all that this is possible if you want it bad enough. Sandy does so much behind the scenes that most of you have no clue about. I just wanted to take a moment to welcome all the new distributors to our family that I may have missed in all the craziness. I am extremely excited to see all these

new people joining our team & committing themselves 100% to this company & to making a positive change for their families.

I can say without a shadow of a doubt that when I decided to join It Works nearly 2 years ago, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for not only myself, but more importantly for my entire family. If I can give everyone a little bit of advice, it

would be to take quitting off the table before you ever join. Sit down and talk to your husband, wife, or significant other & decide together that you are all in and

you are going to give your business and yourself at least 2 years. Set goals together, sit down as a family and make your dream boards together. Post your board somewhere in your home where everyone can see it everyday and involve all

members of the family when you are creating dreams and marking them off as they happen.

Get excited about what you are doing, give yourself a fair chance by completing the training that is given to us, educate yourself about the business and our amazing

products. The more information you have, the more confident you will be in yourself. Still to this very day whenever I get the opportunity to help a new

customer or sign a new distributor, it is celebrated in our home. I don’t think there is a day that has gone by since I started this amazing journey, that my husband

hasn't told me, “good job honey” , or “ I’m proud of you Trisha”. That fuels my fire and makes me want to go out the very next day and repeat more great things for my

family. Ask yourself what your “why” is…… Make sure your why is so BIG that when you think for one second you don’t want to do this because of a few bumps in the road, you think of your why and say, “it’s worth it” ~ or you tell yourself, “I can and I will do this”!!! My why has grown since I have been in the business but one of the most

important parts of my why is my FAMILY. I couldn’t look at my husband or my kids and tell them they aren’t worth the hard work I put into my business everyday. I love seeing the smiles on their faces when I am able to do something for them that

would of never been possible before It Works. This company and the beautiful people that I have met along the way have forever changed my life and my family’s lives. For that I am so grateful and for that I will always be a wrap girl. I believe in each and every one of you on this team. And I know if you give it your all 100% of the time, it will pay off. There is going to be hard times, there is going to be many bumps in the road and set backs along the way, but just keep blitzing, wrapping,

repeating, and your life will be forever changed.
