We are glad to invite you to the Xii ANNuAL LeADeRs oF sTRATeGiC PLANNiNG FoRum which will take place on 21-22 of October 2013 in Saint-Petersburg. Specific feature of the Forum 2013 is displayed by the main Forum Theme: BuiLDiNG A sYsTem.

The Forum is held annually since 2002 and has already gained the right to be regarded as the main platform for discussion of methods and tools of strategic plan-ning, as well as constructive analysis on the most important and sensitive problems of strategic plans and complex projects implementation in urban development of Russian Federation.

FoRum GoALs 2013: to discuss practical issues of building a unified system of state Territorial strategic Planning and Territorial Cooperation in Russia within new legislative framework and to provide examples of the best international and Russian experience of system solutions for development , management and implementa-tion of sTRATeGies, based on the current challenges of globalization and transition to green economy, creative technologies and cluster development , increasing importance of innovation, human and social capital.

The two-day forum program will generate 25-30 events, where

these topics will have comprehensive coverage. The organizers of the events are federal ministries, the

leading world and Russian consulting and expert organizations.

To enhance the balanced and sustainable development of the

regions and cities of Russia by means of improving the system of territorial strategic planning,

supporting coordination and public dialog on long-term development priorities, and creating and promoting up-

to-date standards of planning.

The Nordic Green Day in St. Petersburg takes place in the framework of XII All-

Russian Forum for Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia on Octo-

ber 22-23, 2012.

The Forum Green Day is taking place for the second time in the framework of All-Russian Strategic Planning Leaders Forum on October 21-22, 2013 and bringing together partners of the Nordic-Russia Green Growth Arena Project from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and North-West Russia: Saint Petersburg, Leningrad region, Karelia Republic, Kaliningrad region, Pskov region, Murmansk region and Arkhangelsk region
