WHAT IS Smarketing?
A project that works exactly the greatest needs of an NGO: marketing and administration. The Smarketing, designed to restore and assist with consulting and promotes an international environment for NGOs, expanding concepts and establishing an operational planning six weeks can make for GAPs improvements and expand social pro-motion.
You will be responsible for breaking paradigms and run macros in 3 dimensions, the path to the intended goals with the organization. We believe this is the opportunity to politically support all NGO partners to evolve and impact more and more with their projects.

1. Prepare and develop the 6 week period
the specific material for each of the sta-
ges of the project and presented ele-
ments focused on excellence of the pro-
ject;
2. Provide support to the local administra-
tor, prioritizing the proper development
of the operational plan;
3. Participate in the virtual LEAD before ar-
rival to Brazil, leads and specific training
throughout the project, as well as official
events of AIESEC;
4. Participate in weekly meetings of project
planning, recording the activities perfor-
med;
5. To act with commitment, ethical and pro-
activity in all exercised stock

WHAT IS Bom Amigo?
Bom Amigo means Good Friend. And it is about this the Project. To be friend from elderly people and show them that the world needs a lot from their contribution, as well youth has a lot to teach them. Working with the topics: Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Development and Cultural Integration, the project go-als to transform the routine in nursing homes bringing a new perspective to their lifes. During 6 weeks the interns are going to make activities with art, reading, theater, music, just listening them, games, showing the culture and more. Old people's lives matter and they deserve to live this experience with us.

Week 2, 3, 4 and 5: Develop activities focusing on established axes, according
to the adjustments necessary for each environment and / or group.
Week 1: Alignment of expectations, knowledge of the
