Quick ContactBooking RoomsAll room booking is handled through

Innovation Place. Bookings can be

made by phone (306.249.5344) or email

(meetings@innovationplace.com).

Making Catering ArrangementsCatering in Saskatoon is available from Eurest Dining

Services, which uses CaterTrax (innovationplace.

catertrax.com) — a convenient online ordering

system.

If required, you can contact the Catering Office

directly at 306.249.1304.

About Room BookingMake a Booking• Bookings can be made by phone (306.249.5344)

or email (meetings@innovationplace.com).

• Minimum bookings of a half hour to a maximum

of eight hours will be accepted. A half-hour

window is required between bookings for

overages and to provide staff with time to clean

and re-set the space for the next booking.

• Booking confirmations will:

- outline the space being booked, duration

of booking, any additional equipment or

services required and total cost to the client;

- include a park map, providing necessary

wayfinding to the meeting space as well as

nearby parking, washrooms, accessibility

requirements, emergency exits, etc.; and

- include a fact sheet for ease of use for AV

equipment, HVAC controls and contact

information to report any issues.

Cancellations• Room cancellation should be provided two

business days prior to the event.

• Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be

charged 50% of the total room rate.

Meeting Room Equipment and Services• All meeting rooms are equipped with an HDMI &

VGA-accessible TV. Additional equipment and

services are available and should be booked in

advance:

- Conference Phone

- LCD Projector

- Projector Screen

- Free Wi-Fi

- Whiteboards (includes markers)

- Flip Charts (includes markers)

- Podium

- Microphone (hand-held and/or lapel)

Common Area Equipment and Services• The following equipment and services are

available and should be booked in advance:

About CateringOrdering Catering• Catering in Saskatoon is available from the

Atrium Café, via Eurest Dining Services’ online

catering service, CaterTrax (innovationplace.

catertrax.com).

• Catering is available between 7:00 am and

4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Catering is also

available outside regular business hours upon

request.

• Catering orders will include all necessary plates,

utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities

consistent with your order. Eurest will also supply

all food and beverage equipment needed to

ensure food is served properly.

• China and linen service can be rented for your

event at an additional charge.

• Catering attendants will deliver, set up and

pickup your order at your requested location.

• A minimum of 10 guests are required for hot

menu items.

• A service charge of 15% will be applied to all

invoices

Last Minute Orders• A minimum 24 hours notice for catering orders is

desirable but understand that last minute needs

do arise.

• Please contact the catering office at

306.249.1304 for your last minute needs and Eurest

will make every effort to accommodate them.

Don’t see what you are looking for?• Please contact the catering office at

306.249.1304 and Eurest will work with you to

develop a customized menu that fits your needs.

Additional Service• If you are hosting an important all-day event

or a large scale meeting that requires more

attention than just set up, delivery and pick up,

arrangements can be made to have a catering

attendant tend to any immediate needs that

arise. Please contact the catering office at

306.249.1304 to schedule an attendant to make

sure your event is successful.

Special Events• Are you looking to host a seated dinner or

cocktail reception? Please contact the catering

office at 306.249.1304 to go over your ideas, plan

and execute your event.

Cancellations• Catering orders are made specifically for your

meeting, therefore cancellations must be made

24 hours in advance.

• When it is not possible to provide sufficient

cancellation notice, please let the catering office

know if they can deliver your order to another

location. Cancellation fees may apply.
