My name is Brittany Evans and I am the owner and photographer of Always More Photography. I was born and raised in a small town in Arkansas that nobody has heard of. After graduating high school, I moved to Vicksburg to be with family and haven’t looked back!

I don’t have the typical start story of a photographer that begins something along the lines of “I have always loved taking pictures….blablabla”. Nope, I started just like you! I got professional photos! Yep, I started my photography endeavors as a client.

Meet Your Photographer

After getting my senior photos, I was amazed at what the photographer and camera was able to capture. Something that I would have never seen with my own eyes. A different perspective, something more than just a photo, but a changed view of myself. A confidence boost. I began to see what others saw in me.

And so after high school, I sought out to give that same feeling to other clients. I strive to capture my clients in their truest form. The way that their friends and family sees them! I help instill confidence, and make memories and become a friend to you! I’m not just a photographer, I am a person who has had self doubt, insecurities, heart break, trials and tribulations, laughter, love and anything else life can throw an individual’s way. I am a person who loves getting to know people and sharing life’s burdens and joys, being there through the greatness and the disasters, enjoying the most important moments of life….oh yea, and I take pictures of it all!

Meet Your Photographer

1. I am a very proud dog mom of an American Bull Dog who is only 2 and a beagle who is 6. To say it was a weird combination would be an understatement.

2. I love to cook and bake. Like seriously, love it. I am always coming up with new recipes and having to find new people to give them away to because my boyfriend is sick of all the sweets. (Crazy, right?)

3. I have an obsession with all things fall and that really sucks being in the south since our fall is literally like 2 weeks before it turns freezing and then back to blazing heat.

My Wedding PhilosophyI don’t believe in weddings. The frill, the planning, the budget, the stress, the tensions. I don’t believe in weddings.

But I do believe in marriage. I believe in loving when it’s easy and fighting when it’s hard. I believe that love, true love, can conquer anything. I believe in forgiveness and communication and putting others above yourself. I believe in a marriage.

I believe what makes up a marriage comes before the wedding day and goes on forever, if we let it. Your marriage starts with your first date. With getting to know each other. With falling in love. With having your first fight. With meeting the families. With sorting through life. With the engagement. With planning the wedding. With getting married. With buying a house. With having kids. With growing old together.

Your marriage starts before your wedding day. Your wedding day is just one more step in your relationship. It’s a step that should be joyful and emotion filled and stress free. I believe in being more than a photographer, but being a flower holder, veil fluffer, phone answerer, tear wiper, great hugger, fast thinker and anything else you need before, during and after your wedding day. I believe in being a friend who helps you marry your best friend on what should be the best day of your lives.

The Inquiry is where it all starts! This is when you reach out to me and ask to learn more about my services! This is where I get to know you and you get to know me and we see if we’re a great fit for your wedding day. The inquiry consists of the first contact all the way to the first video/phone call to learn more about each other!

I want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your wedding package and so the next few pages breaks down everything you need to know about each package so we can help you choose which one will work best for your needs!

Add-On Options

• Bridal Session $242: Bridal Sessions are typically done as a run through for hair and makeup. Brides usually go through a trial run of hair and makeup before the wedding day to make sure they find their “perfect look” making it the perfect time to capture some extra photos of just the bride! Or if you think you’ll be crunch for time – we can do it the day after the wedding!

• Extra Coverage $75/hour: Only need a couple more hours to make sure I capture everything? This is perfect for you! You won’t have to upgrade your package, just simply add on an extra hour where needed.

Pro Tip: Book a Bridal Session when you think you might have a super tight timeline, and this will ensure that you have

photos of just the bride and we can skip those on the wedding day!

• Guest Book $372: A beautiful 8x8, 24-page Lay Flat Pressed guest book filled with your engagement photos and space for guests to sign their name or write notes to you all printed on professional quality matte paper with textured fabric cover engraved with your names and wedding date

• Day After Session $242: As a wedding photographer, I understand more than anyone how hectic the wedding day can get. Timelines get changes last minute, weather or traffic gets in the way-life happens! Day after sessions are just like Bridal Sessions just with both of you! Typically they occur the day after the wedding and before y’all leave on the honeymoon. It allows us to get relaxed pictures of you back in your wedding attire without feeling rushed!

Pro Tip: Just like with the Bridal Session, if timeline is an issue-book a Day After Session to know that you will get great photos of the two of you no

matter what the wedding day looks like!

Engagement Session

The engagement session is a must in any wedding! Not only does it give you time to bond with each other in the midst of crazy life and busy wedding planning-but it gives us a chance to work together before the wedding day!

Engagement sessions are the perfect way to get rid of those camera nerves, long before the wedding day so that you’re a pro when your big day arrives! I will guide you through every step of the process and it will be like a fun little party!

This gives you a chance to see how I work and run a session so that you already know exactly what to expect on your wedding day!

Your engagement session will be about 2 hours long and we will have time for multiple locations and outfits! Before we meet, I will send you a guide on how to dress, what to expect, tips for hair/makeup, location choice and so much more!

Wedding Planning

There’s no doubt that the wedding day has a lot of moving parts that all come together for one big event. I want to make sure that I am doing everything I can to help you stay on track and serve you the best I can.

During the wedding planning process we will nail down your wedding timeline and figure out when your coverage will start. This is also the time that I will be asking for the other vendors that you have booked, that way I can work with the rest of the vendors to make your dream day come true!

It’s essential that we communicate constantly during the months leading up to your wedding. We will be super close by the time all of this is done!

Pro Tip: I highly suggest hiring a Wedding Coordinator to handle everything for you, it assures things will run

smoothly without you having to lift a finger!

The Wedding Day

The day is finally here! Today will be a day that you never forget and it’s my goal for it to go smooth and perfect for you in every way imaginable!

I will show up to your wedding at the agreed upon time in our contract to begin capturing your day. It’s extremely important that we stay on schedule throughout the day so that we can get pictures of everything and get you down the aisle and married-more importantly, off to the honeymoon! I will be there to make sure we stay on schedule and get all the pictures you want!

Pro Tip: Drink and eat! It’s so easy to forget but you will be busy and active so make sure to stay energized and

hydrated throughout the day!

Gallery Delivery Day

This might be one of the best days other than your actual wedding day! This is what you’ve been waiting for!

Your gallery delivery day is one to go down in history! I will deliver to you within 8 to 12 weeks of your wedding a gallery filled with your lovely photos for you to print and share as you wish! This is also when I will help you with any print products including choosing your wedding album!

Pro Tip: I know it’s exciting waiting on your images but I promise I am working super fast to get them done-You will likely have your images long before 12 weeks! I will communicate and send you sneak peeks every step

of the way!

Album Design & Revision

Now that you have your images and can share them online, it’s time to start working on your Wedding Album so you can soon hold it in your hands to relive the Wedding whenever you want!

You will always get first choice in the prints that go into your album by selecting them as “Favorites”. From your favorites I will select the images that fit together best to showcase your day in the most amazing way!

Depending on how long the revisions take, you could have your album in less than 2 months after being ordered which is super fast in the world of album design and processing!

Pro Tip: When choosing your album images, think of what images you would most want your kids and grandkids to see

What is your communication style?I communicate over email and I will check in via phone calls/video chats for important milestones in the process to the wedding! By communicating mostly by email, we have everything in one place, I can send you any files or attachments easily and we can always refer back to what we discussed! I promise that I won’t keep you waiting long! My response time is 48 hours or less!

Why do you have a contract?I have a contract so that both of us know what is expected! This helps you because it locks me into your wedding date and guarantees that I am turning down all other brides on your date so that I can solely focus on you! This also helps outline what will and will not be covered by your package so that there’s no confusion and you know exactly what you’re paying me for!

Do you offer payment plans?Upon booking, 30% of the total is due as a non-refundable initial payment. This ensures that even if you haven’t fully paid yet, your date is booked and you have me for your wedding! An additional 30% is due 3 months (90 days) before the wedding and the remainder payment of 40% is due 1 month (30 days) before the wedding. If you pay in full then you get the video slideshow add on option for free!

How do I pay you?I do all of my payment processing through Stripe which is a 100% safe and secure credit card transaction system. You can make all of your payments online through the contract and invoice I send you. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, simply mail it in. However, I must receive the payment on the agreed upon date, even if you choose to mail it so you’d have to calculate how much mailing time it would take to arrive.

How are my photos delivered?Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery called Cloudspot. From the gallery you will be able to share and download any photos you wish. It also allows you to mark “Favorites” so that you have your go-to print and album options in a separate folder! On Cloudspot you will also be able to order prints and canvases!

When will I get my photos?You will receive your photos 8 to 12 weeks after the wedding day! I know that seems like I long time but I promise I work super fast to get your photos back to you, but after all, I am sorting through hours worth of shooting! Photos are typically back much sooner than the promised delivery time.

FAQ

Do you edit all the images? Your photos are all hand edited to match my photography style! You can rest assured knowing that I have done my best on every single photo delivered to you and they all have my loving touch!

Do you delivery every photo that you take? Definitely not, but I promise I’m not holding out on you! All of the images that I deliver are hand selected and are the best of the BEST. I promise you don’t want every single photo that I take that would be all the photos where people’s eyes are closed, blinking, sneezing, anything out of focus, duplicates of the same exact photo, testing the lighting, etc. I will never deprive anyone of a beautiful photo or restrict the amount of images that I deliver based on a certain amount so I will deliver as many images as are good quality and reflect my portfolio!

FAQ

What about the RAW or unedited images? You are paying for my professional services to ensure that only the best quality photos that are a true reflection of my portfolio in which you hired me for are delivered to you. Delivering those photos would be like the baker bringing the ingredients to make the cake to your wedding . . . But not actually baking the cake! I don’t deliver raw or unedited images but all of the jpeg photos I deliver are high resolution perfect for all printing and sharing!

Do you deliver black & white photos?I think black & white photos are timeless and elegant but the majority of my photos will be delivered in full color! If, due to poor lighting, the photo will look better in Black & White then I will convert it and edit it to match my portfolio style!

FAQ

Do you travel for weddings?I would love to travel for your wedding-thanks for considering! Any location greater than 60 miles from my home in Vicksburg, MS will be subject to a travel fee.

Do you shoot destination engagements?Most couples choose to come to me for engagement sessions because the same traveling fees started above, apply for engagements as well so it’s more affordable for them to travel to me. But if you need me to come to you, I’d love to work something out!

Do you take every wedding that comes your way?I don’t shoot every couple who inquires with me and here’s why: I love being able to form a true relationship with my couples and connect on a personal level. I love becoming a part of their life, long before and after the wedding day. In order to provide the best experience, I want to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. And if we aren’t? That’s okay! I will help you find another photographer who is!

How soon do I need to book you?ASAP is the fastest answer I can give you. Because of my competitive rates, my wedding calendar books up fast! Typically my clients book about 4 to 8 months in advance, however I will take last minute clients if my schedule allows.
