BOOKING FORMThe Hawth’s Christmas Party Nights can accommodate parties of 6 and over and up to 300 people

in total. Due to their popularity, unfortunately we cannot accept provisional bookingsand full payment should be made upon booking.

To book your place, please complete the form below and send it with a cheque made payable to Parkwood Community Leisure to Box Office, The Hawth, Hawth Avenue, Crawley, RH10 6YZ.

Please write your group name, date and your name and address on the reverse of the cheque.

On confirmation, a receipt, party information and tickets for everyone in your party will be posted to you. Tickets will be exchanged for wrist bands on arrival. The bar will open at 7pm, guests are invited to arrive between 7.15pm and 7.30pm. The meal will be served at 8pm approx and the

Please note: Once your booking has been made, additional places may be added ( subject to availability ). Your table will be reserved for the number in your party. No admittance to non-

ticket holders. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled.
