CONSULTANT BOOKING AGREEMENT

 

This contract made and entered into this ____ day of ____________,___ by and between Prince Timi Abiri  and _______________________, a representative name _____________________, and herein after referred to as “Rep”. Rep hereby engages Prince Abiri hereby agrees to consult or direct your project herein after referred to within the terms and conditions contained herein.

Promoter/ Representative shall provide Consultant with:

A.                Guaranteed Attendance?_____

B.                Roundtrip Airfare, Hotel no less than 3star,  Refreshments and Meals

C.                VIP access area with access pass and security

1 Total fee for Consultant for this event is $____________ of which a deposit of min50% $____________ is required upon signing contract. Deposit should be made payable to laExpose' Entertainment in the form of certified check, money order, or bank wire within (1) business day of signing the contract. No personal checks will be accepted. The balance of $______________ shall be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival prior to event. Transportation, from and to airport including venue, hotel accommodations and roundtrip flight tickets confirmed (60) days before event.

2. A minimum of thirty (30) days cancellation is required to receive a refund of deposit. If adequate notice is not given, the deposit will be forfeited. Agreement are not confirmed until deposit and contracts are received. Prince Abiri name shall not be used on publications (flyers), or any other promotional materials until receipt of agreement confirmation.

3.  Radio ads using name in any way is prohibited unless approved by the Consultant.

4.  Promoter/Representative agrees to provide a lawful, secure venue with all necessary permits to conduct the event.

5. When applicable, promoter shall provide transportation in the way of plane ticket.  International flights we request upgrade seating, business or first class tickets. All travel arrangements must be approved within (60) days prior the engagement.

6. When applicable, promoter shall provide one suitable hotel room with late checkout if needed.

7. It is agreed and understood that for if any reasons other than the failure of the promoters to produce these events according to the standards agreed upon herein, an act of God, Civil war, severe emergency or any other natural disaster of which the artist has no control, the consultant will be ready and able to perform as per the agreement. If the consultant fails to appear for work any reasons other than those stated above, it is agreed that the deposit will be returned to the promoter/representative fully, and promptly.

8. The promoter, by signing this agreement, warrants he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is authorized to enter into a legally binding contract. Sponsor responsible for all licenses, insurances and permits of event. Terms and Honorarium is Confidential and a breach of contract, negligent or intentional. In event either party shall be responsible of liability for damages arising out of its intentional fraud or gross negligence or third party indemnification obligations.

9. This agreement may not be changed, modified, or altered in any way except under full agreement by an authorized agent of both the promoter/representative and agent of the consultant.

10. This contract shall be interpreted under the laws of the state or country courts of performance, shall have full jurisdiction over disputes arising here under.
