1. Log into the system at gcu.tutortrac.com
Note: Your login will be the same as LoudCloud
2. From the main menu, click on “search availability” on the left hand side
3. To find online appointments, choose
“Alumni Career Support”

“Career Support”
5. Do not change the pre-set dates, times, and days
6. Click Search

7. Select an appointment time that best fits your schedule. Note: All times are booked in Mountain Standard Time (MST)
8. Select the Reason as “2 –Phone Session”
9. Input your phone number and notes.
10. Click Save
