3rd AUGUST 2018 - DAY ONE:

ARRIVE SAIGON - HO CHI MINH CITY

Upon arrival in Saigon our group will be transferred to our hotel in air-conditioned buses. During check in you will enjoy complimentary drinks and canapes in the exclusive Signature Lounge. Tonight, we will enjoy a hosted welcome dinner at a local restaurant; sample some great local cuisine in a peaceful environment, a chance to relax and get to know your fellow travellers!

4th AUGUST 2018 - DAY TWO:

SAIGON - HO CHI MINH CITY

This morning we will start with a morning walking tour through the heart of Saigon's famous and historic city landmarks including Dong Khoi Street (formerly Rue Catinat), the Rex Hotel, Municipal Theatre, Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame Cathedral. We will then visit the site of the former US Embassy (now the US consulate) before visiting the impressive Re-Unification Palace and War Remnants Museum. Also travel to Cholon, Saigon's Chinese district and visit the huge Binh Tay wholesalemarket and the temple dedicated to the Sea Goddess, Thien Hau. We will have a chance to try Pho for lunch, a famous Vietnamese noodle dish at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we hit the local markets for some shopping. Enjoy complimentary drinks and ca napes in the exclusive Signature lounge before your night at your own leisure.

5th AUGUST 2018 - DAY THREE:

SAIGON - HO CHI MINH CITY

Today is free at your leisure to explore the City, do some shopping or enjoy a massage. Before being collected for our evening adventure, enjoy complimentary drinks and ca napes in the exclusive Signature Lounge. We will then be collected from our hotel and taken by coach to our cruise on Saigon River with a buffet dinner.

6th AUGUST 2018 - DAY FOUR:

SAIGON TO HOI AN

This morning we will be transferred to the airport for our flight to Hoi An. In the afternoon we will enjoy lunch at our favourite restaurant before a guided walking tour through the quiet streets of enchanting Hoi An. We will visit a traditional ancient house, the Hoi An Museum, a Chinese Assembly Hall and the Japanese Covered Bridge. In the evening enjoy a dinner at a gorgeous restaurant in Hoi An town.

9th AUGUST 2018 - DAY SEVEN:

HOI AN COOKING CLASS

We will begin with a visit to Hoi An's colourful market and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We then board a boat for a leisurely cruise along the Thu Bon River to our favourite cooking school. On arriva I, explore the cooking school's herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An's and Vietnam's well-known dishes. Enjoy some of your creations as well as other delicious food prepared by the chefs at the cooking school. Free leisure time in the afternoon and evening.

9:00am Leave the Hotel, first stop, Marble Mountain where you will experience beautiful views over Danang & Hoi An. You will explore an old temple and amazing open caves while learning the history of this historic mountain.

Next stop is My Khe Beach which was once named China Beach by Americans during the war.

From China Beach to Monkey Peninsular where the biggest statue of Lady Buddha is located. Visit the Buddhist temple to learn more about Vietnam Buddhism.

From the Peninsular enjoy the spectacular view back to Danang and coast line.

Your next stop will be the centre of Danang where you will visit the local market and walk along the riverside and enjoy the view of this beautiful city.
