Why not treat the Bride & Groom, your family, the birthday boy or girl, the special person in your life or just yourself to the absolutely perfect, bespoke and most memorable party or holiday and hire all six of our lovely modern cottages for exclusive use including THREE hot tubs, THREE gardens and TWO BBQ’s.
(You can also hire just the number of cottages you need).
We can help host a maximum of 32 guests (no minimum) in a beautiful setting only 20 mins drive away from Cambridge City Centre; perfectly situated for a fantastic balance between a relaxing country affair and an exciting city experience.
This is our ‘little black book’ (which is getting bigger by the day!) which can give you all the information you need to help you arrange everything including,
vintage afternoon tea, private chef, visiting spa & treatment service, on site hair & make-up, pamper parties, floral design workshop, team building through cookery, wine-tasting, cocktail classes, cup-cake decorating, on site dog-grooming, baby sitting and much much more!
For off-site ideas we have contacts for local clay pigeon shooting, Wimpole Hall Farm, Newmarket races, go-karting, punting on The River Cam, shopping, clubs, bars and restaurants!

Your Holiday/Celebration HQ!
The Granary is ideal for the larger Party HQ!
It boasts a superb open plan kitchen, living
and dining area with a large oak dining table
that can seat 14. This is a super space for
communal activities, as well as eating,
drinking and generally socialising all
together. The Granary sleeps up to a total of 6
guests: Double SuperKing bedroom en-suite,
King double bedroom en-suit and a double
sofa bed in the living/dining area. This cottage
has access to the communal garden with hot
tub, BBQ and table tennis table.
The Stables is ideal for the smaller Party HQ!
It boasts a superb open plan kitchen, living
and dining area with a large extendable oak
dining table that can seat 12. The Stables
sleeps up to a total of 5 guests: Double
SuperKing bedroom, single day bed in the
foyer and a double sofa bed in the living room.
This cottage has access to the communal
garden with hot tub, BBQ and table tennis
table.
The Old Dairy is ideal for all guests! The
largest of our four cottages is based over two
floors and boasts a private patio with garden
table and chairs. This cottage has access to the
communal garden with hot tub, BBQ and table
tennis table. The Old Dairy can sleep up to 6
guests: Double SuperKing bedroom, twin
bedroom and double sofa bed in the living
room.
The Hayloft is also ideal for all guests!
Situated on the 1st floor this cottage can sleep
up to a total of 4 guests: Double SuperKing
bedroom and twin bedroom. This cottage has
access to the communal garden with hot tub,
BBQ and table tennis table.

The Tack Room can sleep up to a total of 4 Hens: Double King bedroom and twin bedroom. Apple Cottage is ideal for all Hens for the very small Hen Party HQ! Based over two floors and boasts a private patio with garden table and chairs, private garden with hot tub. Apple Cottage can sleep up to 6 Hens: Double bedroom, twin bedroom and double sofa bed in the living/dining room.

+ What we offer… Family run farm and private vintage airfield
We are based on a family run arable farm and private vintage airfield, home to the Jefferies family for many generations.
Along with our six luxury self-catering cottages converted from old barns, we have three hot tubs in three gardens. Our Courtyard Garden has a lovely pond, garden furniture, patio heater, BBQ, table tennis table and a hot tub shared with 4 cottages. The second garden is our Butterfly Garden and has a private hot tub and BBQ for private use for guests staying in The Tack Room. Our third garden is Apple Cottage Garden with patio and hot tub.
There is also ample free on site parking for everyone.
We supply all bed linen, towels, robes and kids ponchos (for the hot tubs!), toiletries, tea, Nespresso coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits, cleaning products, irons and ironing boards, board games, cots, high chairs and 2 bikes, all available at no extra charge.

We are very dog friendly and want to also give your loyal companion a holiday too! Why not enjoy our lovely local walks and then treat your pet to a pamper treatment? Dial A Dog Wash is the largest mobile dog grooming business in the UK and they can bring their services directly to your cottage. Susannah’s mobile dog grooming parlour uses constant fresh warm water and the turbo dryer will help remove all that dead hair that normally ends up on your floor and furniture. Ear and eye cleaning plus nail clipping is all part of the grooming service along with the usual clipping / trimming of your dog, as required. Your dog will be finished with a lovely doggy cologne that will make them smell clean and fresh.
