New A-Z Business Advertising Section: This section is indexed by service categories (complete listing on the back page).

Businesses that do not elect to advertise will have a simple line entry, as appears in the Traditional Listing Section. Use this

section to make your services stand out to potential customers. Business members of the Morawa CRC will have a logo

recognising their membership in the category heading. Any advertisers electing to advertise in this section will have a

reference in the Traditional Listing Section to refer readers to look at the advert in the A-Z Business Advertising Section.

ACCEPTABLE FORMATS

Advertisers also have the option to have CRC staff design high quality adverts for this

section at a low cost. Simply provide your corporate logo (if any) and list your various

services, which will allow us to design a professional and eye-catching advert for your

business. You will receive the rights to the advert artwork which you can use to pro-

mote your business by other means.

Rate: 25% additional on top of the advertising size chosen for the 2015 Directory.

IN BOOKING ANY ADVERTISING, THE ADVERTISER WILL ACCEPT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED BELOW

10% Member Discount: Available only to current financial Morawa CRC members at time of booking and not available on any design services the Morawa CRC offers.

Payment Terms: Invoices are raised on receipt of booking if not paid by cash or direct deposit at time of booking. It is a condition of booking that the amount owing

must be paid in full prior to publication.

Cancellations / Ad Sizes: Cancellation of advertising after booking deadline will not be refunded. Changes to advertising size or category after the booking deadline will

only be made at the publishers discretion. The ‘free’ copies issued to Business & Residential addresses at release of publication is an initiative for Business Development

funded by the Department of Regional Development, via the Morawa Community Resource Centre. The ‘free’ copies are monochrome A5 in size and hence ad sizes will

be halved to fit the smaller size publication. Advertisers accept this and will not dispute this.

Disclaimer: The Advertised Business fully indemnifies Morawa Community Resource Centre on a continuing basis against any loss, liability, expense or demand for or

arising from any false, misleading, deceptive or misdescriptive representation or statement made by Morawa Community Resource Centre:

(a) as the publisher of the Advertised Business’ information; and

(b) which arises from a fact or circumstance occurring as a result or information published pertaining to the Advertised Business.

Publication Disputes: Must be lodged within four months of publication release.
