If you’ll handle design in-house:
Provide us with a single designed eblast image, which will have a single click-through link (usually the NetGalley title record). If you wish to include more than one book in the eblast, please note that we no longer use image maps (as they are not responsive on mobile devices), so we'll be manually separating the image to link each area to its respective NetGalley title record—so we recommend the image has one solid (non-gradient) background. The full eblast image should be a JPG or PNG file that is 600px wide and no larger than 200 KB in order to fit our eblast template.
If you want us to design within our templates:
Provide descriptive and headline copy, and any images and book covers, as well as external (non-NetGalley) click-through links. If you have design assets being used for other ads/promos or author’s website, we love to re-purpose those to make the eblast match the overall branding. Banner/header images should be 600px wide (and we recommend no taller than 240px) to fit our template.
