To Grow Your Team, Make Sure You Retain the
Reps You Worked So Hard To Get!
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) now has the Base Shop
Life License Renewal Report. You can work this report
online or download it as an Excel or PDF file. The report
lists all the reps in your base shop coming up for renewal
and their information:
▪ Name and contact information
▪ Current life license activity
▪ Pertinent dates
▪ Personal production including any debit balances
Retention is Key to Growth!
Use the Base Shop Life License/Life Renewal Report to see
which Reps in your Base Shop are soon due for licensing
renewal and which Reps’ licenses have expired. Encourage
renewals by sharing the simple process to renew!
Get Started!
1. Log into POL and click the crm beta link at the top.
2. Select Reps from the Client Lists section.
3. Select Base Shop Life License Renewal Reports and click
Next.
4. For the Life License Status, you can choose to view life
licenses that will expire within the next 90 days or licenses
that have expired within the past 120 days.
5. For Life License Type you can view Resident, Non-
Resident, and Temporary.
6. Click Finish to view the report. Simple!
Customize Your Report!
▪ Change your report view by clicking Filters and Sorts at
the top.
▪ Click a column header to sort your list by that column.
More Tips!
▪ View the Rep’s information in CRM by selecting their
first or last name.
▪ Quickly email a Rep by clicking their email address. Use
this to notify your Reps that their life license is about to
expire and what the next steps are.
▪ Export the list to Excel.
