AWANA is an international children’s
weekday club teaching kids that God
is real, that He loves them, and that
He has expressed that love through
Jesus Christ. Kids also learn how
God can help them in their daily
lives. Lessons from the Bible teach
them how to honor God in the world
in which we live.
The goal of AWANA is to reach boys
and girls with the Gospel of Christ
and train them to serve Him. These
are the end results, but the method is
FUN!

Our weekly children ’s program is designed to give boys and girls, preschool through 12th grade, the opportunity to build lasting friendships, establish positive role models, and provide practical life lessons in a safe and fun Christian environment.
Small Group Time
Small Group time pro-

tionships in a small group
while working together on
memorizing Scripture.
Game Time
Game time will give
a child the chance to
play fun games
while learning team-
work, leadership,
and communication
skills.
Large Group Time
Large Group time is
designed to offer
children practical
lessons in Christian
living.
2019 - 2020 Kids Clubs
Designed for children in Kindergarten through
2nd grade, the Sparks program includes a fun
firefly named ‘Sparky’ that encourages club-
bers to complete their individual handbooks.
During club they play entertaining games, en-
joy age appropriate Bible lessons and earn
awards for verse memorization.
The name Truth & Training
reflects the passion of Awana
to teach third through sixth
grade boys and girls the truth of God’s Word
and to train them to follow Christ in their daily
lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young
people will become tomorrow’s church lead-
ers.8,
Trek is an effective
junior high program
to provide strong
Biblical studies and
discipleship tools for
7th/8th graders inter-
ested in continuing
Awana.
Our high school pro-
gram, Journey, fea-
tures Biblical based
content, Scripture
memory and an em-
phasis on life appli-
cation as students
work toward earning
the prestigious Cita-
tion award.
Cubbies is Awana’s Bible-
based, two-year preschool
program. The children will
memorize scripture and learn basic Bible truths
with Timothy, Cubbie Bear, Luvie Lamb & Katie
Collie.
