hereby bind ourselves andeach of us, and each of our heirs,
executors , administrators and assigns jointly andseverally to pay
to the Director, Co-operative Academy of Professional Education
(Hereinafter called CAPE) on demand the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees
five lakhs only) andserve to CAPE for 5 Years on completion of
M.Tech. If I fail to comply with the aboveconditions, I will have
to pay the bounded amount with 12% per annum.

WHEREAS the CAPE have granted to the Bounden leave without
allowance for a period of24 months 0 days with effect from
03/09/2013. Inorder to enable the Bounden tocomplete successfully
the course on M.Tech. and acquire the M.Tech. degree within aperiod
of three years from the commencement of course, on condition that
on expiry ofthe leave ,the Bounden shall serve CAPE in such a
capacity as the CAPE may require inThe Engineering colleges under
CAPE or in any other Institution under CAPE as the CAPEmay require,
for a period of five years and sureties have agreed to the
same.
Now the condition of the above written obligation is that in the
event of theBounden failing to serve in such a capacity as the CAPE
may direct for a minimum periodof five years if so required by the
CAPE, the Bounden and the sureties shall forthwith payto the CAPE
the said sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) together
withinterest at 12% per annum and costs and upon payment of such
sums the above writtenobligation shall be void and of no effect
,otherwise this shall be and remain in full forceand effect.
Provided further that the Bounden and the sureties hereby agree
that all sumsfound due to CAPE under or by virtue of this bond
shall be recoverable jointly andseverally from the Bounden and
sureties and their properties movable and immovableunder the
provisions of the revenue recovery Act for the time being in force
as thoughsuch sums are arrears of land revenue or in such other
manner as the CAPE may deemfit.

The liability of the surties under this bond is co- extensive
with that of the bounden andshall not be affected by the CAPE
giving time or any other indulgence to the Bounden.

Note
In case the sureties are not Gazetted Government Servants or
equivalent to the status of
an Asst.Professor in Engineering / Technology under regular CAPE
service, the Directorof CAPE will satisfy himself about the
solvency of the proposed sureties, obtainingnecessary certificates
from the Tahasildar.
