Bon Chefs new patent pending smart bowls rest on our smart bowl adapter bars. Bon Chef’s smart bowl system wasdesigned for the food to take the show and not the vessels.

With the Smart bowl system you don’t have to have the usual undershelf to hold the bowls. Bon Chefs smart bowlssuspend from the specially designed smart bowl adapter bars resulting in more food display.

Even the 6 inch salad dressing containers are now totally in the cold zone and are suspended from the adapter bars. Seereverse side for descriptions and sizes.

Notice:

The Bon Chef Smart Bowl System was specifically designed to fit all NSF-7 mechanical

cold well manufacturers including standard and custom pan wells using our

specialized support bars without the use of an undershelf.

In order to maintain a NSF food temperature of 41°F, the smart bowls system should

be used on a NSF-7 Mechanical Cold Well. All Smart Bowls must be chilled with

prepared food overnight before setting up the cold display in order to maintain 41°F.

The Smart Bowl System can be used with Non NSF-7 Wells and many times the

proper temperature can be achieved, however, Bon Chef makes no claim on

maintaining food temperatures for Non NSF-7 wells.
