We invite you to look at our all-inclusive package that caters for your special day. This
package is designed to help you create that very special atmosphere that you can share
with your guests and make your wedding truly memorable.
At an affordable $60.00 per person we can provide you and your guests with a stunning
room setting with seating from between 60 to 350 of your closest family and friends.
Your guests will enjoy an extensive menu selection that provides you with a fresh
selection of the regions finest foods. Our function facilities also provide for room
decorations, co-ordinated table settings and individual table menus.
We are the venue that will provide you with a memorable experience for both you
and your guests on your special day.

Candles, Flowers and other imaginative options
On your special day you want the flexibility to plan your
wedding just so. Come and talk to us about catering your
wedding function at an outside venue. We have a range of
catering options to delight both you and your guests.
Confirmation and Deposit
To secure a booking, a deposit is required. Bomaderry Bowling Club reserves the right to cancel a tentative
booking that has not been confirmed and a deposit taken.
Cancellations
Your deposit is refundable if we can re-let the room on the agreed date and with more than two (2) months’
notice. Regrettably, no refund can be given within two (2) months of the date of the function. We may however
be able to transfer the deposit to another date (conditions apply).
Final Guest Numbers
An estimated number of guests is required at the time of booking. A guaranteed number of guests attending is
required 7 days prior to the event. This will be regarded as the minimum number charged for catering purposes.
Final Payment – Meals
Final payment is required 7 days prior to the date of your function. We accept Master Card, Visa, American
Express, or Cash as payment. Other payments may be considered provided prior notice is given to the Catering
Manager.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Management and Staff are committed to the Principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy and we
reserve the right to refuse supply of alcohol if deemed necessary.
Extended Hours
All functions have a maximum period of 5 hours. The five hour period commences from guest arrival time. All
functions must conclude by 11.00pm Sunday to Thursday and 12.00am Friday and Saturdays.
Normal Club Entry requirements apply for access to our function rooms, as well as other general areas of the
club (that is the five kilometre rule will apply to all non-members).
Your guests will need to be signed in by a member. We suggest that the easiest way to do this is for you to
become a social member at a cost of $ 10.00 per annum. You will then be able to sign all your guests into the
club.
People who are suspended from the club may not attend the function unless special arrangements have been
made with the Secretary Manager.
Liability
The client will be responsible for any breakages, damage and/or theft, whilst the function is in progress. We
reserve the right to charge a security deposit for some functions.
Our staff will take all possible care to look after your belongings; however we will not accept responsibility for
any belongings or merchandise left in the Club before, during or after the function
Display material must not be nailed or glued to/on any part of the building fixtures or venues
Dress
All guests must comply with the Club’s dress regulations of neat, clean and tidy dress. Please consult the
Catering Manager if you are having a Fancy Dress.
No Food or Beverages may be brought onto the premises. No food served may be taken from the premises,
(Health Regulations)
