• Main Barrier for projects developers is
lack of finance for prefeasability study, PDD
• Aplicable Approved Methodologies reduces costs and time
• New methodologies analysis should be faster (concerns about the EB, meth panel, actual capacity)
• Sustainable criteria taking into account on every CDM project, the role of DOE.
