• A credit card is required at time of booking

• 24-hour cancellation is required to avoid charge

• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to reservation

• Treatment may be reduced for late arrivals so that we can respect the next guest’s appointment

• Fitness Studio and steam room are available for all spa guests

• There is a $25/day fi tness & steam room fee for hotel guests not having a spa treatment. The fee is waived for guests of the Grand Tower

• Lockers will be provided; however, we request valuables not be left unattended. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items

• Please note that our locker rooms are clothing-optional, however appropriate clothing is required in the fi tness studio and relaxation room
