Executive Directors

Victor LO Chung Wing GBS, OBE, JPAged 61, appointed Chairman and an executive director since 18 October 1995. He was appointed a member of the Nominating Committee on 28 August 2002.

Mr Lo is also chairman and chief executive of Hong Kong-listed Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited. He was the chairman of GP Batteries International Limited from 1990 to 1993.

Mr Lo is chairman of the board of directors of Hong Kong Design Centre and CreateSmart Initiative Vetting Committee of Hong Kong SAR Government. He is also a member of the board of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority in Hong Kong, and chairman of its Museum Committee. In addition, he is chairman of board of directors of The Hotel ICON Limited, which is the teaching and research hotel under The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr Lo graduated from the Institute of Design of Illinois Institute of Technology, US with a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design.

LEUNG Pak ChuenAged 61, appointed an executive director since 18 October 1995 and is currently Executive Vice Chairman of the Company. He was appointed a member of the Nominating Committee on 28 August 2002.

Mr Leung was Managing Director of the Company from 1995 to 2002. He was also appointed Vice Chairman from 1997 to 2002. He is currently deputy chief executive of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited.

Mr Leung has been in the electronics manufacturing industry for over 30 years and has played an important role in setting up major joint ventures in China in mid 1980s.

Mr Leung is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK and The International Institute of Management. He graduated from the Chu Hai College, Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Brian LI Yiu CheungPhDAged 58, appointed an executive director since 18 October 1995. He was appointed Deputy Managing Director in 1996 and Managing Director of the Company in 2002.

Dr Li has been in the electronic engineering

and manufacturing industry internationally and in China for more than 25 years. He serves as an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association, as well as a member of the Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, and Electronics/Electrical Appliances Industry Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He is also a member of the Departmental Advisory Committee in the Department of Electronic Engineering and an advisor of the Cooperative Education Center of the City University of Hong Kong. In addition, he is a co-opted member of Electronic and Information Engineering Programme Board of VTC’s Engineering Discipline, Hong

Kong Institute of Vocational Education and a director of the Automotive Parts and Accessory Systems R&D Centre Limited, Hong Kong.

Dr Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Master's degree in Global Business with Dean's Honour from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Doctor of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong.

Andrew CHUANG Siu Leung SBS, JP, PhDAged 63, appointed an executive director since 18 October 1995.

Dr Chuang is also an executive director of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited.

Dr Chuang graduated from Queen Mary College of the University of London and holds a first class honour in Bachelor's degree in Electrical (Electronics) Engineering and a Doctoral degree in Microwave Engineering.

WONG Man Kit Aged 51, appointed an executive director since 26 May 2006.

Mr Wong is also general manager as well as company secretary of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited.

Mr Wong is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds an MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Eric NG Siu KaiAged 51, appointed an executive director since 1 April 2010 and is currently General Manager, Finance of the Company.

Mr Ng is also a supervisory director of Meiloon Industrial Co., Ltd., Taiwan.

Mr Ng has over 25 years' experience in financial and accounting fields. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds an MBA degree with Dean's Honour from the Executive MBA Programme of The Chinese University of

independent director of Chemoil Energy Limited, EDB Investments Pte Ltd, SM Investments Corporation and U Mobile Sdn Bhd. He was previously president and vice chairman of RGM International Pte Ltd, and among other past directorships, an independent commissioner and chairman of audit committee of PT Indosat Tbk. Prior to that, he held various senior positions in an international investment banking group and was chairman of a leading regional investment bank based in Singapore from 1993 to 1995. He was also chairman of the Singapore Merchant Bankers’ Association in 1994.

Mr Lim graduated from Queen Mary College of the University of London with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and holds an MBA degree from Cranfield School of Management, England.

PHUA Bah Lee Aged 79, appointed a non-executive and independent director and a member of the Audit Committee since 2 November 1995. He was appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee on 28 August 2002.

Mr Phau is a director of GP Batteries International Limited, Metro Holdings Limited, Pan United Corporation Limited, Singapura Finance Ltd and Wing Tai Holdings Limited. He was the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Communications from 1968 to 1971 and Senior Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Defence from 1972 to 1988. He was a Member of Parliament for the Tampines Constituency from 1968 to 1988.

Mr Phua graduated from the Nanyang University of Singapore with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

LIM Hock Beng Aged 71, appointed a non-executive and independent director s ince 2 January 1998. He was appointed Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee on 28 August 2002. He has also been a member of the Audit Committee since 2 January 1998.

Mr Lim founded Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd) and was its managing director until his retirement in 1995. Mr Lim has more than 30 years of experience and knowledge in corporate secretarial field, which included advising listed companies on compliance with the listing rules. Currently, Mr Lim is the managing director of a private investment holding company with its principle interests in investing in quoted securities and properties. He serves on the board of directors as well as on the audit committee of Colex Holdings Limited, Huan Hsin Holdings Ltd, King Wan Corporation Limited and LMA International N.V.

Mr Lim holds a Diploma in Management Accounting and Finance and is a fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Ricky CHEUNG Siu BunJoined Gold Peak Group in 1993 and is currently Deputy General Manager, Finance of the Company. Mr Cheung is a fellow member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He holds an MBA degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

John Simon DAVIES Joined Gold Peak Group in 2000 and is currently Director of Product Planning and Design of GP Acoustics Hong Kong Limited. He has 30 years’ experience in product design and has worked for international companies in Europe, Australia and Asia. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (formerly known as Central School of Art and Design), UK with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Industrial Design.

LEUNG Chi CheongJoined the Group in 1984 and is currently General Manager of GP Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. He has more than 40 years’ experience in factory management, of which 20 years were in senior positions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree, both from the Open University of Hong Kong.

Vincent LUI Lok MingJoined the Group in 1998 and is currently Assistant Managing Director (Auto Parts) of GP Industries Marketing Limited. He has been seconded to Shanghai Jinting Automobile Harness Limited since 2000 and is currently Managing Director. He is a member of both the Automotive Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Education Bureau, Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Auto Parts Industry Association. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from North East London Polytechnic and a Master's degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from University of Manchester, UK.

George WOO Tai HoiJoined the Group in 2007 and is currently General Manager and

Engineering Director of GP Electronics (SZ) Limited. He is a member

of the Executive Committee of IEEE Consumer Electronics Society

Master of Arts degree from St Catherine’s College, University
