Subject: Approval of the Lease Agreement for the William M. Inman

Agriculture Center

Statement of Issue:

This item seeks Board approval of the lease agreement for the William M. Inman

Agriculture Center and authorization for the Chairperson to sign.

Background:

This lease agreement is between the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture and

Consumer Services and the Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners of to begin

on July 1, 2016 and end on June 30, 2115.

Analysis:

All contracts and leases must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

Fiscal Impact:

One dollar as required by the lease

Options:

1. Approve the lease and authorize the Chairperson to sign.

2. Do not approve.

3. Board direction.
