Board games, big trucks & live animal: 5 things to do withyour kids this weekend
The kids are out of school! How will you entertain them?! How about getting up close and personalwith some live animals or a big, awesome truck? There's also a board game afternoon.

Jacksonville Children's Chorus

Big Ideas, Little Hands

Aimed at kids 5 and under, Big Ideas, Little Hands is a guided open art exploration that allows littleone to unleash their inner Picasso, Rothko, O'Keefe and most importantly, their own creativeexpression. The program is centered around different themes, techniques and sets of materials.
Family Board Game Afternoon

Touch-a-Truck

Kids will be able to freely explore construction vehicles, emergency vehicles, antique vehicles andother unique ones. There will also be a bounce house, crafts, touch tank, karate demonstrations,food, music and more. All proceeds benefit the Maine Chapter of the March of Dimes.
Fur, Feathers, and Feet

The Chewonki Foundation invites kidsto a program with live animals andcostumes to try on during a fun-filledhour. Young folks will learn about howwebbed feet, camouflaged fur andspines are just some of the waysanimals adapt to survive.
