3. Midwest City High School DECA to visit Six Flags Over Texas to experience travel and tourism marketing in Arlington, TX, on May 4, 2018. Expenses to be paid by School Activity funds, Project Code 942-DECA, personal funds and donations.

4. Del City High School Varsity Cheer to attend Cheer Camp in Tulsa, OK, on June 1-3, 2018. Expenses to be paid by School Activity funds, Project Code 865-Athletics; Sanctioned Organization funds; personal funds and donations.

5. Meagan Bryant, Administration; Heather Sparks, Del Crest Middle School; Kara Willis, Epperly Heights; and Meghan Loyd, Midwest City High School, to attend the 2018 Spring Trauma Informed School Conference in St. Charles, MO, on June 18-20, 2018. Expenses to be paid by Title I, Project Code 511.

6. Carl Albert High School Pom Squad to attend Dance Camp in Norman, OK, on June 15-17, 2018. Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization funds.

7. Midwest City High School varsity football team to attend a Varsity Football contest in Bentonville, AR, on August 25, 2018. Expenses to be paid by School Activity funds, Project Code 865-Athletics and Sanctioned Organization funds.

Medcalf A. Purchase furniture from Bill Warren Office Products for use at the MDTC

Business and Industry campus in the amount of $29,226.75 using state contract OU#R-17000-17 pricing. Funds to be paid from MDTC Building Fund 23 or General Fund 12, Project Code 032.

B. Purchase two laptop carts and 144 HP Chromebook 11G5 laptop computers from SHI. These will be used for elementary intervention programs during summer school and during the regular school year at Country Estates and Epperly Heights Elementary schools. The total cost for the computer and carts from SHI is $36,769.68 to be paid by Title I, Part A, Project Code 511.

VI. Vote to approve or not approve breakfast and lunch meals for the 2018 Summer

School Food Service Program, (breakfast/lunch meals served free to any person 18 years of age and under), at Country Estates Elementary, Epperly Heights Elementary and Del City High School May 29 through June 21, 2018. Expenses to be paid by Child Nutrition Funds. – Mrs. Fox

VII. Vote to approve or not approve personnel for the 2018 Summer School Food Service

Program at Country Estates Elementary, Epperly Heights Elementary and Del City High School May 29 through June 21, 2018. The estimated cost for personnel is $21,903.27 to be paid from Child Nutrition Funds. – Mrs. Fox

VIII. Vote to approve or not approve funding revision for the construction/remodel project

at Mid-Del Technology Center that was originally approved at the May 8, 2017, Board meeting. This project includes new construction at our main campus and the BIS campus, as well as, remodeling projects at the main campus. The total Guaranteed Maximum Price prepared by CMS Willowbrook, as a result of bids submitted by various contractors, is $2,029,371.93 to be paid from MDTC Building Fund 23 and/or MDTC Fund 12, Project Code 032 and Bond Fund 34, Project Code 032 and Project Code 072. Bond Fund 34 is being added to cover costs of the security upgrades. – Mr. Mendenhall

IX. Vote to approve or not approve Restek, Inc. for Exterior Concrete Rehabilitation &

Repair at Del City High School fieldhouse, Bid Project #17164-01, with a construction cost of $155,526.00, plus engineering fees of $27,400.00, for a total cost of construction in the amount of $182,926.00. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 33, Project Code 099. – Mr. Bryan

X. Vote to approve or not approve Stewart Signs dba EBSCO Sign Group LLC for

installation of fourteen electronic marquees, at the following sites throughout the district, for a total project cost of $442,158.22. The Elementary sites are Barnes, Cleveland Bailey, Country Estates, Del City, Highland Park, Parkview, Pleasant Hill, Ridgecrest, Schwartz, Steed, and Townsend. The Secondary sites are Jarman Middle School, Monroney Middle School and Del City High School. Vendor has agreed to honor original unit pricing from original Mid-Del Project #1405 that was Board approved on December 9, 2013. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 35/LR08, Project Code 178. – Mr. Bryan

XI. Maintenance

A. Vote to approve or not approve Superior Fence Construction, Inc. for complete installation of practice field fencing at Midwest City High School (Bid #1804) for a total cost of $27,345.00 to be paid from Bond Fund 34, Project Code 025. – Mr. Conceicao

B. Vote to approve or not approve Amendment No. 26, in the amount of

$184,467.19, to Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with CMSWillowbrook, Inc. Amendment is for construction management services on the “Maintenance Office Remodel,” as part of the Bond Fund 34 (Series 4) “Safety & Security

C. Vote to approve or not approve Locke Supply Co. for the procurement of one

hundred (100) replacement air conditioning units and all necessary adapters for installation at various sites throughout the district. Vendor has agreed to honor original unit pricing from Mid-Del Bid Project #1701. The cost of the project is $139,622.80, less vendor discount of $6,981.14, for a total cost of $132,641.66. Expenditure to be paid from Bond Fund 33, Project Code 099. – Mr. Conceicao

XII. Human Resources A. Vote to approve or not approve all actions recommended in the Human
