    Accommodation, food and other living expenses shall be shouldered / paid for by the candidate.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    1. The registration fee is FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE at any circumstance related or unrelated to your applicationwith SCISI.

    2. You are given a maximum of12 months to complete and submit all requirements (including IELTS certificate, course fee payments, etc.) for yourenrolled course after the date of your registration. In case you wish to transfer to a different programme we are offering which was not your originaloption, you are only given 3 - 4 months after the date of your registration to inform and to submit all relevant requirements to us. Failure to leaveto the UK to pursue your course of study within 12 months from the date of your registration will result to forfeiture of the enrollment /registration fee and the company will not be liable for such outcome.

    3. Enrollment is determined by the T 4 Sponsor upon submission of all your documents and meeting their enrollment requirements.4. We are not able to guarantee that your visa outcome will be successful, nor are we liable for any visa outcome. The decision rests with the British

    Embassy. We are not responsible for any UK government change in immigration policy regarding entry clearance.

    5. We also can not be accountable for the length or period of time the British Embassy Manila takes or requires to process your visa application.6. Enrollment with our T 4 Sponsor should provide you with the 30 of 40 points required under the UK-PBS.8. The 10 remaining points required to meet the PBS will come from you meeting the UK Visa Maintenance requirements.9. You will be required to comply with all the British Embassy visa document requirements, as well as to provide all necessary evidences needed to

    establish meeting the required maintenance thresholds. SCI will provide full visa assistance for you in this regard.10. You will be required to provide allyour visa documents in good time and at the request of Study Connect staff. You should be preparing to get these

    documents ready immediatelyafter you have enrolled.11. In case your application for a UK student visa is refused by the British Embassy, we offer an Administrative Review free of charge.12. Also, if the visa application is not successful, it is your option to refund the course fee deposit. However, the refund will be based on the on-going

    exchange rate of GBP to Php at the time of the encashment of the bank draft. Refund of course fee deposit also entails discontinuance of enrollmentwith the university.

    13. However, if the grounds for refusal fall under any the following categories: a). false representation; b). forgery or falsification ofdocuments, and; c). failure to disclose material facts relevant to his/her application, no refund shall be given to the applicant.

    ADDENDUM:

    1. I understand that I am enrolled under a BSc degree course and as such, I am allowed to work for 20hours per week part-time and full time in University holidays as per the PBS regulations.

    2. However, under the BSc (Hons) International Nursing programme, I am required to undertake 12 hoursper week of placement learning, as part of the degree course.

    3. I understand that the placement learning is facilitated in accordance with the University policy andguidelines and will be carried out at a trusted placement centre.

    4. I understand that accommodation is arranged in near proximity to the placement learning center. 5. I understand that accommodation will cost from 80.00 - 90.00 per week on average starting on the

    first day of my arrival.

    6. I understand that I will be paying a full month rental fee and additional two weeks rental deposit toSCISI, Philippines, which they will forward to the landlord for my accommodation as payment for my

    first month of stay there. This total usually ranges from 450.00 to 550.00. Payment to SCISI prior todeparture to the UK can be done in GB pounds or its equivalent in Ph. pesos.Example: Weekly rent: 85.00 @ 4 weeks = 340.00

    Refundable deposit: 85.00 @ 2 weeks = 170.00 *

    Total: 510.00

    * Refundable on the basis that I leave my accommodation in the same condition as I found it.

    7. I understand that it may take me about 3 to 8 weeks for me to start my placement learning upon myarrival in the UK due to certain pre-employment procedures I have to follow or complete such as CRBclearance, POVA, etc.

    8. I understand that, in addition to the above expenditure, I need to bring a minimum of 800.00 or more,with me to the UK to pay for my initial expenses such as food, travel, etc. whilst I have no work and to

    also avoid any other difficulties during my first months of stay in the UK.
