NBA document All the NBA work needs to be streamlined and to

apply for accreditation immediately.

To note down the lapses and to mitigate the

same to meet world class standards.

Classroom facility All the classrooms can be provided with

LCD Projector and white Boards.

In the near future, setting up of

E-Learning facilities

Research Work Needs to be strengthened with at least 4 proposals

per department per semester.

Research centres of Excellence, Product

development and consultations .

IndustryInteraction Cell IndustryInteraction cell needs to be established

and activities such as training on latest technologies,inviting guest lectures from eminent personalities , to

be conducted and MOUs with industries must be

established

To strengthen the cell by having more MOUs with

industries for consultancy, sabbaticals projectproposals.

Departmental Newsletters All the departments should start newsletters to

indicate achievements of the department Bimonthly

To promote hobby technical clubs like Linux Club,

Circuit club etc

PhD holders in the departments To recruit PhD holders in all the Departments To encourage PhD faculty members for Post

Doctoral degrees.

Strict Attendance Monitoring

System for Staff

Biometrics should be introduced to have attendance

monitoring system to maintain discipline in the

campus

To enhance the system further for Improvisation

for complete campus automation(e- Governance)

PG Programs To start PG(M.Tech) programs in the department of

Mechanical, CSE,ECE

Further setup PG programs in information science

, Electrical Engineering departments.

Research centres Establishment of Research centre in the department

of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

To establish Research centres in all the

departments

Publication in Journals Encouraging faculty members to publish paper in

reputed National/International Journals

High Impact Factor

Journals along with Patents

Conferences At least two National

Conferences and one International conference must

be conducted by each department per year.

Simultaneously to have journal publication from

each Department

Examination Work All the staff should be involved in examination work. To initiate structured examination system to

prepare faculty for BMS University setup.

Digital Library Digital library needs to be established To be enhanced further by including more

number of National and International journals

and Ebooks

Student Chapters IEEE chapter,CSI chapter ,IETE chapter must be

opened

To conduct workshops/conferences under these

chapters

Women Empowerment Centre Women Empowerment centre needs to be

established

Monthly Progress report of faculty To generate the monthly report of the staff

contributing to the college development

Placement Needs to be strengthened with necessary infrastructure,

facilities like dedicated internet, staff etc.Further strengthened in collaboration with

Industry Interaction Partnership cell (IIPC) and

EDP Cell

Laboratories Need to be maintained properly and Computer labs

must have AMC, Antivirus and proper LAN

Further enhance system capability to comply

Hostels Proper Security measures need to be taken by

increasing security staff.

To have Staff Quarters in the campus.

Accounts To bring a proper system of accounts and procedure

and identify case workers by defining roles and

responsibilities to individuals in the account section.

To train the concerned staff to undergo

Office Office staff should be clearly earmarked with their

duties and responsibilities.

Office activities should be automated through

latest software.

Student Information System To keep it in place to have single window access to

the data. It reduces students and staff time in

collating data about the students.

To enhance it further by integrating with the

associated information in larger view of the

University setup.

Alumni Alumni association needs to be established and

regular (Annual) interactions with Alumni to be held.

Develop strong linkage with alumni for overall

development of the institution.

Centre of Excellence To establish Centre of Excellence in Advanced

materials,Intelligent systems and SOC .

To establish Centre of Excellence in all the

departments.

National Coordinated Centre To establish National cyber coordination centre,

National ELearning centre.

To establish more number of National

Coordinated Centres.

Guest Lectures Inviting eminent personalities to deliver the talks on

various contemporary issues.

To depute faculty to deliver the talk in various

international universities

Studio Recording Establishment of studio recording centre to record the

lectures given by the in house faculty

Web Casting and Uploading in YouTube.

Staff student Ratio To make staff student ratio 1:12 in all the

departments

To strengthen the capabilities of students by the

concerned staff
