OverviewOn the 8th of November, 2016 a survey was sent to 15 BMO North/Benelux Team members. The goal of the survey was to anonymously gather the team’s feedback on Petar Petkov’s overall Leadership skills and performance. The emphasis of the survey was on “Improvement Areas”, where a “Five star” rating system was applied. A “comments” section was also added for each of the questions.

The survey was composed of three main categories: Leadership skills – 7 questions Professional knowledge, expertise & soft skills – 5 questions Personal Skills – 6 questions
