Bluemint  Capital  is  an  independent  Corporate  and  Investment  Advisory  firm  that  was  

founded   on   the   principles   of   commitment,   independence,   integrity   and   client  

devo<on.

Originally   founded   in   October   2004   in   Lisbon,   Portugal,   has   since   successfully  

provided  its  clients  with  cri<cal  investment  and  management  advice,  and  supported  

significant  business  transac<ons.

In   2014   Bluemint   and   Absolut   Midas,   an   investment   advisory   bou<que,   merged  

under   the   Bluemint   Capital   brand   and   joined   the   Globalscope   interna<onal   M&A  

advisory  network,    reinforcing  the  scope  and  depth  of  services  and  the  knowledge-­‐

base  offered  to  our  clients.

DIEGO  HERNANDO

Board  Member  and  Founder

Diego   is   currently  Managing   Partner   of   HM  Global   Capital   LLC,   a   NYC-­‐based   RIA  (Registered   Investment   Advisor)   specialized  in   technology   research   and   investments.  Prior  to  this,  he  was  Global  Head  of  Equi<es  at  Auriga  Investors  SV  and  Managing  Partner  and  Director  of  Research  of  Midas  Corretora  SVB.   Along   with   his   partners,   he   sold   the  business   to   BBVA   and   became   a   board  member   of   BBVA   Midas   S.A.   Further   back,  he  was  an  Equity  Research  Analyst  covering  Spanish   companies,   especially   TMT   and  Industrial  stocks  in  several  Investment  Banks  in  the  UK  since  1989.

ALEXANDRE  CARVALHO

Board  Member  and  Founder

Alexandre   is   a   corporate   strategy   and  investment   management   specialist,   with  over   17-­‐year   track   record   suppor<ng  public  companies   and   ins<tu<onal   investors.   Aher  founding   Bluemint   in   2004   he   focused   on  the   private   equity   industry,   both   launching  funds   and   holding   execu<ve   management  posi<ons.   Previously   he   held   several   senior  posi<ons   in   prominent   corpora<ons   (EDP,  José  de  Mello  and  HP)  and  consul<ng  firms  (Europraxis   Group,  Mitchell  Madison  Group  and   IPG).  Since  1996  he   teaches  Economics  and   Financial   Markets   at   Portuguese  Universi<es.

PEDRO  VAN  ZELLER

Board  Member  and  Founder

Pedro   has   held   several   senior   posi<ons   in  banking   and   financial   services,   notably   as  Board  Member   of   Banco   Primus,   which   he  co-­‐founded,   and   BBVA   Portugal.   For   more  than  20  years  he  built  a  consistent  career  in  financial   services   that   encompasses   senior  posi<ons   with   Grupo   Espírito   Santo,  Deutsche   Bank   and   BCP.     Aher   successfully  selling  Banco  Primus,   in  2008  he  decided  to  launch   Absolut   Midas   which   lately   became  part   of   Bluemint   Capital.   In   addi<on,   since  1994  Pedro  is  an  ac<ve  entrepreneur,  having  funded   investment   ini<a<ves   in   ventures  ranging  from  consumer  goods  to  high  tech.
