Henrys Law
Willam Henry discovered that the pressure above a body of water
and the temperature of the water determines
how much of a gas will be absorbed by the body of water. All
efforts to dissolve or inject a gas into water is
governed by Henrys law. We apply Henrys law in an innovative
way.
Skid Mounted
All of BlueInGreens products come ready to run. Each one is skid
mounted and factory tested beforeshipment. Pipe-in, hook up
electrical power, attach an Ethernet cable for SCADA if desired,
and pipe-out.There is no piecing together of pumps, PLCS, valves or
piping.
VFD Turndown Efficiencies
Water treatment systems are always designed for maximum flow
rates, but water and wastewater treatmentfacilities rarely run at
full capacity. BlueInGreen has 10:1 turndown capacities on all of
its equipment so thatwe can run efficiently at your normal flow
rates, as well as at maximum flow.

Technology
BlueInGreens systems have a tank that is pressurized:
half-filled with water
and half-filled with the gas that is to be dissolved into the
liquid. Water
is sprayed through the gaseous headspace of the tank where the
water
droplets become supersaturated with the gas. Water is constantly
pulled
from the bottom of the tank at the same rate it is pumped into
the tank. The
supersaturated water is then returned to the main stream.
Sidestream Gas Dissolution a sidestream
of water is pulled off the main line and passed
through BlueInGreens system. The water is
supersaturated with the desired gas and then
returned to the main line where rapid liquid-
to-liquid mixing occurs. Sidestream dissolution
means lower maintenance cost, smaller piping/
equipment and lower energy cost.
