The mission of the Bloomsburg
Area School District is to
prepare its students to become
contributing, responsible
citizens and life-long learners
with the ability to adapt and to
succeed in a competitive world.
It is that time of year again when schools
will occasionally experience delays and can-
cellations. Stay informed and up-to-date by
checking school websites, Facebook pages,
and local news stations such as WNEP and
WBRE. In addition, if you would like to re-
ceive automated phone calls from the school
district please make sure to sign up or update
information in the school office.
Additionally, please remember that students
may be going outside for recess if tempera-
tures are above 30 degrees. Please dress chil-
dren in weather appropriate clothing. Safety
patrols will be outside in temperatures down to
20 degrees.
