Human Blood Pressure Range Diagram
Textual DescriptionThe 1st Number: Systolic pressure is the blood pressure when the heart muscle contracts.
The 2nd Number: Diastolic pressure is the blood pressure when the heart is relaxed.
The BP numbers shown in the chart represent "Typical" systolic-diastolic pairs.
What is Normal Blood Pressure?
Compare your BP reading with the numbers on the chart above. Draw a line from your systolic pressureto your diastolic pressure. Is the slope of the line about the same as shown on the chart?
Where do YOU fit in? What are your risk factors?
Are your blood pressure readings within the normal blood pressure range?
Should you take anti-hypertension medication to lower your blood pressure?
Normal human daily Blood Pressure Range can vary widely, so any single blood pressure monitor
reading is not reliable. BP monitor readings must be taken at different times of day, to determine
AVERAGE blood pressure levels over time.
What is important is your AVERAGE BP, over time, Or where those numbers are sitting MOST of the
time? For the scientists among us: The pressure of 1 mm of mercury = 0.019337 P.S.I. A systolic blood
pressure of 2 P.S.I. is good, a systolic blood pressure of 3 P.S.I. is not good.

There is a wide range of blood pressure medications available. Most of these are grouped
under four main types of medicine:· ACE inhibitors
· Angiotensin receptor blockers
· Calcium channel blockers
· Thiazide diuretics
Take the Hawthorn Berries, the Garlic tablet, the Celery tablets, the Turmeric, and the Almonds AT ONE
TIME - TOGETHER. This will give you better results than taking them separately.
IF Your BP is Close to Normal 140 and Under - Use ONLY the Almonds and the Turmeric!!
By practicing good slow, deep breathing you can lower you blood pressure every time.
(Breath in deeply and breath out very slowly)
Relative to breathing, engage in exercises that slow down the breathing, and breathing out longer than
breathing in.

Note:
A single high reading does not necessarily mean you have high blood pressure. Many things can affect
your blood pressure through the day, so your doctor will take a number of blood pressure readings to
see that it stays high over time. Other factors such as physical activity, anxiety, or the time of day, can
influence your BP. Thus it is best to try and measure your BP at the same time each day, to get an
accurate indicator of any changes in blood pressure. BP is typical low in morning and increases from
afternoon to evening.
